摘要: The present invention relates to an electronic control system for a motor vehicle, including a control device, an actuator, and at least one sensor. The control system according to the invention is characterized in that it has a sensor board for reading the data detected by the sensor, wherein the sensor board has a memory for storing actuator-specific data and an interface between the sensor board and the control device for transferring the data stored in the sensor board to the control device. The present invention also relates to a method for operating this type of control system.

摘要: In a method and apparatus for configuration of networked controllers in a vehicle that can be manufactured with various outfitting variants (that is, differing components and features), at least one controller being configurable to different outfitting variants of the vehicle, characterizing information is stored for the various outfitting variants of the vehicle. The data for configuring the controllers are stored in an outfitting variant controller on board the vehicle. A particular controller that is to be configured in this manner transmits characterizing information to the outfitting variant controller for configuration to a specified outfitting variant of the vehicle in which it is installed. The outfitting variant controller assembles the data for configuring the particular controller using the characterizing information and the data stored on the outfitting variant controller. The data assembled in this manner are written into a memory unit of the particular controller to configure to accommodate the specified outfitting variant.

摘要: An adjustable vehicle suspension system includes a plurality of damping members and an air spring operatively associated with each of the damping members. The suspension system also includes a compressed air source, a valve assembly, and a controller. The compressed air source is in fluid communication with each of the air springs. The valve assembly is operatively disposed between the compressed air source and each of the air springs. The controller is operatively associated with the valve assembly for selective activation thereof. A user can selectively adjust one of a damping rate of the damping members, a spring rate of the air springs, and a ride height of the air springs, such as by using a control panel. A method is also disclosed.

摘要: A method for operating an actuator of a torsion bar system of a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The actuator is mounted on a carrier structure of the vehicle and actuation of the actuator changes a pre-tension acting on a wheel guide element of the wheel suspension. The method includes controlling an active aggregate support so as to reduce a vibration of a drive aggregate supported on the carrier structure via the active aggregate support adjacent to the actuator; and controlling the active aggregate support for reducing an operational vibration of the actuator.

摘要: A vehicle model is developed for a quasi-static analysis. The quasi-static analysis is performed for the vehicle model under a cornering condition in which a specific lateral force acts. A finite screw axis is determined based on a rigid body displacement of the vehicle model with respect to the ground through the quasi-static analysis. A fixed screw axis surface formed by a migration of the finite screw axis is also determined. The gradients of screw parameters with respect to lateral forces when the vehicle model behaves in an initial cornering state are calculated. Roll behavior is then estimated based on the fixed screw axis surface and gradients of screw parameters.
