摘要： An annular discharge device for discharging a gluing composition onto glass fibres includes at least one distribution circuit for the gluing composition and a plurality of spray nozzles fluidically connected with the distribution circuit and distributed over the perimeter of the annular discharge device for discharging the gluing composition onto the glass fibres intended to pass into the annular discharge device defined by an axis of revolution, each spray nozzle being oriented towards the interior of the annular discharge device with an angle of inclination determined in relation to the plane of revolution of the annular discharge device. At least two spray nozzles arranged consecutively on the perimeter of the annular discharge device are disposed so as to have an orientation with respect to the plane of revolution of the annular discharge device each with a different angle of inclination with respect to one another.

摘要： A method of producing a glass briquette in which reclaimed glass fines are mixed with a binder material to create a mixture. The mixture is subsequently compressed in a chamber to form a briquette having the shape of the interior of the chamber. The reclaimed glass includes glass fines of a size of smaller than 10 mm. The method is performed without melting the glass fines such that the resulting briquette contains the discrete glass fines held in the binder and may be used as a furnace ingredient for later glass product production. The glass briquette may contain other batch ingredients required in the production of glass.

摘要： A filament winding method and system without needing a resin dip bath are disclosed. The method comprises feeding a fiber band of a plurality of fibers onto a mandrel without dipping the fibers in a resin bath, and applying a resin onto the fiber band at or about where the fiber band contacts the mandrel or applied directly to the fiber band and then wound onto the mandrel so that the resin is between the mandrel and the fiber band at the point of contact. In some embodiments, the resin can be sprayed onto the fibers and in other embodiments, the resin can be delivered in at least one layer onto the fiber band that is then impregnated into the fiber band as the fiber band wraps around the mandrel. The fiber can comprise carbon fiber, basalt fiber, glass fibers, Kevlar fiber, polyester fiber, other fibers, or a combination thereof.
