    one or more than one linear or branched polyalkylene glycol moiety,
    and/or
    one or more than one linear or branched polyalkylene glycol block polyalkylene glycol, or random polyalkylene glycol moiety,
    with the proviso that
    if said suppressor comprises a OH group, then it is a terminal OH group of said polyalkylene glycol moiety, polyalkylene glycol block polyalkylene glycol, and random polyalkylene glycol moiety, respectively, and
    said suppressor does not comprise NH2 groups, halogen atoms, and sulfur atoms;

    a method of electrolytic copper plating using the acidic aqueous composition; and specific suppressors as defined above.

    摘要: Concentrated storage stable aqueous solutions (S) comprising components (a), (b) and (c), wherein component (a) is at least one optical brightening agent of formula (1), in which the anionic charge on the brightener is balanced by a cationic charge composed of one or more cations selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkali metal cation, alkaline earth metal cation, ammonium, ammonium which is mono-, di- or trisubstituted by a C1-4 linear or branched alkyl radical and ammonium which is mono-, di- or trisubstituted by a C1-4 linear or branched hydroxyalkyl radical, and the concentration of component (a) is 0.08 to 0.3 mol per kg, based on the total weight of the concentrated storage-stable aqueous solutions (S), component (b) is at least one inorganic salt (SA), in a concentration of 2 to 15% by weight, based on the total weight of the concentrated storage-stable aqueous solutions (S), and component (c) is water, in a concentration of 10% to 88% by weight, based on the total weight of the concentrated storage-stable aqueous solutions (S).

    摘要: The invention relates to a preparation process of a flame retardant composition made from brominated bismuth and/or antimony compounds complexed with melamine, in which melamine, at least one between the bismuth carbonate and antimony sesquioxide, hydrobromic acid in aqueous solution are placed in contact with each other so as to trigger chemical reactions which lead to the formation of a complex of brominated bismuth or brominated antimony with melamine and melamine bromohydrate. The reagents are placed in contact in the presence of at least one reaction carrier defined by at least one compound chosen from the group consisting of melamine, melamine phosphate, melamine polyphosphate, ammonium phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, triphenyl-phosphate, graphite, silica, lignin, coke and compounds containing triazine rings condensed or linked by —NH groups. The reaction carrier is not involved in the reactions. There are no polymeric compounds in quantities such as to create a polymer matrix. The reagents being introduced into the reactor in an amount defined by the stoichiometric ratios of said reactions. The reaction carrier is introduced into the reactor in an amount defined with respect to the total weight of the reagents so that it can perform a modulator function.

    摘要: A process for producing a pyrophosphate, particularly melamine pyrophosphate useful as a flame retardant, efficiently in high yield is provided. The process includes firing an orthophosphate, preferably melamine orthophosphate, in the presence of a silicone oil, preferably methylphenyl silicone oil preferably at 120° to 350° C. Examples of useful firing equipment include a hot air dryer, a kneader, a Henschel mixture, a fluidized bed dryer, a rotary kiln, a paddle dryer, an extruder, a vibrating dryer, a far-infrared conveyor furnace, and a microwave firing furnace.
