摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for enriching for multiple genomic regions using a first bait set that selectively hybridizes to a first set of genomic regions of a nucleic acid sample and a second bait set that selectively hybridizes to a second set of genomic regions of the nucleic acid sample. These bait set panels can selectively enrich for one or more nucleosome-associated regions of a genome, said nucleosome-associated regions comprising genomic regions having one or more genomic base positions with differential nucleosomal occupancy, wherein the differential nucleosomal occupancy is characteristic of a cell or tissue type of origin or disease state.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for detecting and targeting genomic rearrangements, in particular gene fusion events, by targeting a DNA molecule of interest with a set or pool of primers, wherein the forward primers and reverse primers produce a PCR amplification product when a genomic rearrangement is present. The present disclosure also relates to methods of bioinformatic analysis to determine whether or not the detection of an amplification product from the selective PCR is actually indicative of the presence of a gene fusion. The present disclosure also related to related methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions associated with such genomic rearrangements, in particular cancers, such as lung cancer.

摘要: Described herein is a method for identifying synthetic inducible promoters that have specified induction and/or repression for DNA binding proteins such as an allosteric transcription factor and an inducer molecule. The method includes an in vitro selection from an unselected polynucleotide library comprising a plurality of random degeneracies, and an in vivo selection to produce an induced promoter library. Produced is an induction table, which allows the selection of a promoter with specific induction and/or repression properties. Also included are biosensors containing the synthetic inducible promoters.
