摘要:
A yarn including a plurality of twists formed by twisting single fiber strand or multiple fiber strands; and fiber grooves, which are spaces formed between the twists, to provide three-dimensional growth spaces and migration paths for cells. Accordingly, a cell proliferation rate and cell viability may be enhanced by creating microenvironments suitable for migration, proliferation and differentiation of cultured cells. In addition, cell clusters having more uniform shapes may be easily implemented by forming the proliferation spaces and migration paths for the cultured cells as similar as possible to each other in each scaffold. Further, the cells cultured thereby can be cultured in a suitable shape and structure to be applied to an in vitro experimental model or transplanted into the body of an animal, and can be widely applied in various products used in a cell culture or tissue engineering field.

The present invention provides a cotton-like knitted fabric, a polyester filament and a production method. The fabric is a weft-knitted fabric obtained by material containing at least above 45% by weight of polyester filaments; the pore area distribution of the fabric is centered on 6000 to 22000 μm2 and has a statistical variability of above 2a, and the coefficient of variation of the pore area is greater than 40%. The polyester filament is formed from alternatingly arranged twist regions in a false-twist direction and twist regions in an opposite direction, wherein the twist regions in the false-twist direction have an average length of less than 0.3 cm, a coefficient of variation of length of above 60%, a diameter that is 30% to 70% of the diameter of the twist regions in the opposite direction, and a total length that is 20.0% to 40.0% of the total length of the polyester filaments.

A method of producing synthetic yarn having polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) properties is described. The method providing: applying a PTFE additive to a partially oriented yarn (POY) during one or more finishing processes of the POY to produce a PTFE enhanced POY having PTFE on the surface of the fibers of the PTFE enhanced POY.

A method of producing synthetic yarn having copper properties is described. The method providing: applying a copper additive to a partially oriented yarn (POY) during one or more finishing processes of the POY to produce a copper enhanced POY having copper on the surface of the fibers of the copper enhanced POY.

Disclosed is a continuous carbon fiber/thermoplastic resin fiber composite yarn and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the carbon fiber composite yarn provides excellent mechanical properties, is light in weight, moldable, and has excellent impregnating ability. In particular, the composite yarn is provided with these superior properties by including a continuous carbon fiber having excellent mechanical properties, a thermoplastic resin fiber, and the like, and by using a false twist processing machine or a solution bath, and the like in order to manufacture the composite yarn.

The present invention provides a producing method for the artificial peat moss from natural cellulose fiber. The producing method comprises following steps in successive order manner. Firstly, blend natural pulp with N-methylmorpholine N-oxide (NMMO) as dissolving solvent and 1,3-phenylene-bis 2-oxazoline (BOX) as stabilizer in proper mixing ratio to yield a preliminary quasi-dope. Secondly, stir and dehydrate the preliminary quasi-dope to form dope. Thirdly, spin the dope by dry jet wet spinning method to yield filament bundle of cellulose. Fourthly, orderly perform coagulating with regenerating, water rinsing, twisting with plying and cutting processes on the filament bundle of cellulose to yield a preliminary artificial peat moss of natural cellulose fiber. Finally, per drying process of post-treatment on the preliminary artificial peat moss of natural cellulose fiber to obtain final artificial peat moss of natural cellulose fiber of the present invention.

A composite fiber is described which comprises a polyester component and a polyamide component bound in a side-by-side or eccentric core-in-sheath structure, exhibiting a percentage of crimp DC of 1.3-15.0% after the composite fiber is treated in boiling water for 30 minutes under a load of 1.76×10−3 cN/dtex, and then dry heat treated for 30 minutes at 100° C. under a load of 1.76×10−3 cN/dtex, for stabilization of the crimps and further dry heat treated for one minute at 160° C. under a load of 1.76×10−3 cN/dtex, as well as a percentage of crimp HC of 0.5-10% after immersion in water at 20-30° C. for 10 hours, and a difference ΔC of 0.5-7.0% between the percentage of crimps.

The new invention proposes that filament yarns, in particular partially stretched yarns known as POY yarns, be subjected to stretch texturing via an air treatment nozzle. The air treatment nozzles are designed in miniaturized form, have a continuous yarn duct in which there open a plurality of transverse bores for the supply of high pressure air in the range over 14 bar, preferably within specific working windows between 20 and 50 bar. With the new invention, it was possible for the first time to process POY yarn via simultaneous stretch texturing using an air twister. The invention allows an individual thread as well as a parallel bundle of threads to be treated and permits for the first time the construction of a false twist stretch texturing bundle device with simultaneous air treatment of 500 to 1000 and more threads.

The invention relates to a yarn composed of false twist texturized synthetic yarn components where one of the components only has a crimp contraction of less than 10% and to a process for preparing the yarn, in which the yarn component with reduced crimp contraction is obtained by using a number of turns of false twist reduced to 35 to 65% of the Heberlein value and, if appropriate, texturizing temperatures of 120.degree. to 180.degree.
