摘要: Provided is yarn for a cell culture scaffold. The yarn for a cell culture scaffold according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes slitting yarn produced by cutting a compressed nanofiber web to a predetermined width. Accordingly, by creating microenvironments suitable for migration, proliferation and differentiation of cells, cell viability may be enhanced and cells may be three-dimensionally proliferated. In addition, a scaffold according to the present invention has a mechanical strength sufficient for prevention of disruption of the scaffold which occurs during cell culture, such that cells may be stably proliferated. Further, the scaffold according to the present invention uses slitting yarn formed of the compressed nanofiber web, thereby having pores with various sizes, and therefore cell proliferation and cell viability may be enhanced by creation of an extracellular matrix-like environment.

摘要: Provided is a dental cord using a nanofiber multiple yarn having a large specific surface area and a large number of three-dimensional pores, thereby effectively impregnating a drug such as a hemostatic agent, and a method of manufacturing the dental cord. The dental cord includes: a nanofiber multiple yarn which is obtained by plying and twisting at least two nanofiber tape yarns and which is impregnated with a drug, wherein the at least two nanofiber tape yarns are integrated by nanofibers made of fiber moldability polymer materials and having an average diameter of less than 1 μm, to thus be formed of a nanofiber web having three-dimensional micropores.

摘要: Provided is a cell culture sheet for a large-capacity incubator. A cell culture sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention is a cell culture sheet provided in a large-capacity incubator having a plurality of sheets disposed to be spaced apart at predetermined intervals therein, wherein the cell culture sheet has an area of 100 cm2 or more and a bending depth of 0.5 cm or less. As such, even when the culture sheets are closely placed in a limited volume of space, there is little sagging or shape deformation in a specific direction to prevent the occurrence of contact with adjacent culture sheets, thereby preventing a decrease in cell culture volume due to a dead space. Furthermore, since the flow of a cell culture fluid due to the occurrence of contact can be minimized or prevented, a large capacity of cells can be stably and smoothly cultivated such that the cell culture sheet is very suitable for a large-capacity incubator and can be widely applied to the cell culture industry.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a fiber assembly for providing a binding surface to a bio-substance is provided. A fiber assembly for providing a binding surface to a bio-substance according to an embodiment of the present invention is manufactured by a method comprising the steps of: (1) preparing a fiber assembly in which a plurality of fibers is accumulated; and (2) performing modification to provide the fiber surface with a carboxyl group reactive to an amine group present in a bio-substance. According to the method, a bio-substance can be easily introduced at a high content into the fiber assembly. In addition, bio-substances that are conjugated therebetween and adsorbed through physical adsorption, etc. are remarkably reduced in the introduction procedure of bio-substances, whereby bio-substances can be availed with high precision and reliability in applications employing bio-substances. Furthermore, applications employing bio-substances can undergo minimal property variations attributed to the bio-substances as detachment of the bio-substances is minimized or prevented. Accordingly, the bio-substances fixed on the surface of the fiber assembly according to the present invention can find a broad spectrum of applications in various fields including the material engineering, bio engineering, medical fields, and so on.

The method including: producing a spinning solution by dissolving a fiber-moldable hydrophobic polymer material in a solvent; spinning the spinning solution to obtain a polymer nanofiber web composed of nanofibers and including three-dimensional micropores; laminating the polymer nanofiber web to obtain a polymer membrane; slitting the polymer membrane to obtain a nanofiber tape yarn; hydrophilic-treating the nanofiber tape yarn to obtain a hydrophilic-treated nanofiber tape yarn; plying and twisting the hydrophilic-treated nanofiber tape yarn with a covered yarn to obtain a nanofiber multiple yarn; and impregnating the nanofiber multiple yarn with a hemostatic agent.

摘要: A yarn including a plurality of twists formed by twisting single fiber strand or multiple fiber strands; and fiber grooves, which are spaces formed between the twists, to provide three-dimensional growth spaces and migration paths for cells. Accordingly, a cell proliferation rate and cell viability may be enhanced by creating microenvironments suitable for migration, proliferation and differentiation of cultured cells. In addition, cell clusters having more uniform shapes may be easily implemented by forming the proliferation spaces and migration paths for the cultured cells as similar as possible to each other in each scaffold. Further, the cells cultured thereby can be cultured in a suitable shape and structure to be applied to an in vitro experimental model or transplanted into the body of an animal, and can be widely applied in various products used in a cell culture or tissue engineering field.
