    摘要: A radiant syngas cooler is provided and includes a vessel shell defining an interior region for cooling of syngas. The cooler also includes a tube cage comprising a plurality of tubes, each having a first end and a second end. The cooler further includes a plurality of platen tubes located radially inwardly from the tube cage. The cooler yet further includes a pipe fluidly coupling the second end of the plurality of tubes with an inlet of the plurality of platen tubes. The cooler also includes an outlet pipe fluidly coupling an outlet of the plurality of platen tubes with a steam usage structure. The cooler further includes an inlet pipe fluidly coupling the steam usage structure to the first end of the plurality of tubes of the tube cage.

The system further includes a separating device, which includes a separator and a high temperature filter for removing rough and fine particles from the cooled down fuel stream respectively, an expander for receiving and utilizing energy in the fuel stream with solids removed to generate power, during which temperature and pressure of the fuel stream drop and an expanded fuel stream is generated, an acid gas removal unit for removing acid gases from the expanded fuel stream, and a gas turbine combine cycle for generating power from the fuel stream with acid gases removed.

    摘要: Oil system components for a turbine engine are used to provide a vacuum system for a fuel stabilization unit (FSU). A vacuum system pulls oxygen and other contaminants from fuel into a vacuum chamber within the FSU. The vacuum system pumps the discharge through a vacuum outlet in the FSU toward a vacuum pump. Due to the quality of vacuum required, a two-stage vacuum pump is used. A first stage vacuum pump is an oil system scavenge pump for the turbine engine and the second stage vacuum is provided by a second stage vacuum pump. The discharge flows from the vacuum chamber through to the second stage vacuum pump and is then added to the oil supply. The oil and discharge mixture is sent through an oil system de-oiler and a de-aerator to clean the oil supply prior to pumping the oil back through the oil system.

    摘要: A system may include a compressor, a heat exchanger and an ITM. The compressor is configured to receive an air stream and compress the air stream to generate a pressurized stream. The heat exchanger is configured to receive the pressured stream and indirectly heat the pressurized stream using heat from an oxygen stream from an Ion Transport Membrane (ITM). The ITM is configured to receive the heated pressurized stream and generate an oxygen stream and the non-permeate stream, wherein the non-permeate stream is passed to a gas turbine burner and the oxygen stream is passed to the heat exchanger.
