摘要: A travel motor hydraulic control system for a construction machine having a plurality of hydraulic pumps which supply individually pressurized fluid for a plurality of hydraulic travel motors and a plurality of flow control valves which control the flow rate of the pressurized fluid to be supplied to the motor during an ordinary work. A controller receives a control signal representative of a travel control lever stroke sensed by a position sensor and a control signal detected by a pressure sensor, determines if the vehicle is traveling up a slope, and transmits a command signal to a solenoid operated valve to move a pilot operated shut off valve toward a valve-closing position, thereby the travel hydraulic motors are individually supplied the pressurized fluid from the hydraulic pumps.

摘要: A substrate processing method and apparatus can securely carry out a pre-plating treatment that enables uniform plating in the necessary area of the surface of a substrate. The substrate processing method carries out a cleaning treatment and a catalyst-imparting treatment of a surface of a substrate as pre-plating treatments and then electroless plates a metal film on the catalyst-imparted surface of the substrate. The cleaning treatment is carried out in a wider area of the surface of the substrate than that area to which a catalyst is imparted by the catalyst-imparting treatment.

摘要: A substrate processing apparatus can efficiently form, e.g. by electroless plating, an interconnects-protective layer on the surface of a substrate at a low initial cost for the apparatus and a low running cost without the need for a wide installation space. The substrate processing apparatus includes a loading/unloading and cleaning area accommodating a first transfer robot which has a hand adapted for handling a dry substrate and a hand adapted for handling a wet substrate, a loading port which loads a substrate cassette that houses a substrate, and a cleaning unit for cleaning a substrate. A plating treatment area accommodates a second transfer robot which has a back surface-attracting type of hand provided with a reversing mechanism, a pretreatment unit for carrying out pretreatment of a substrate before plating, and a plating treatment unit for carrying out plating treatment of the substrate.

摘要: A valve operating system in an internal combustion engine, that can be readily assembled and installed on the engine, including a casing coupled to an upper surface of a cylinder head, an armature, a pair of electromagnets for exerting electromagnetic forces on the armature in directions of opening and closing of an engine valve, and a pair of resilient means for biasing the engine valve in the opening and closing directions, respectively, and for retaining the armature at a predetermined neutral position by cooperation with each other during deenergization of both the electromagnets. The resilient means for closing the engine valve is mounted between a retainer fixed to the valve stem and a fixed position on the cylinder head, and the electromagnets are fixed within the casing which is constructed so that an upper portion of the stem can be inserted into the casing. Accommodated within the casing are the armature separatably coaxially connected at an upper end of the stem, and the resilient means for opening the engine valve and also exhibiting a resilient force for urging the armature against the first electromagnet to support the armature, when the armature is not connected to the stem.

摘要: A service valve circuit of a hydraulic excavator connected beforehand for use in controlling a special attachment in addition to a prescribed actuator control valve. The service valve circuit comprises a confluence valve 17 for performing electromagnetic proportional flow rate control, disposed in a confluence circuit 16 in communication with the section between inflow circuits 3F and 3R of two variable pumps 2F and 2R, an electrical switch 21 for switching the confluence valve 17 on or off according to a required flow rate and a volume 22 for adjusting the quantity of flow after passing through a confluence valve 17 in a range of flow for a maximum of one to two pumps. Since the requirement of confluence with respect to a required quantity of flow for a special attachment e and the quantity of confluence are set in advance, there will be no excess or shortage of the quantity of confluence. Therefore, the adjustment of flow rate using the number of rotations of an engine is not required and the action will not be slowed down even if switched from a special attachment control to a pivoting or traveling control.

摘要: An aparatus for raising a seat of a chair includes a pair of arms fixedly secured to both sides of the seat, stationary shaft extending between both legs of the chair, a position determining sleeve turnably mounted on the stationary shaft, a first coil spring fitted onto a larger diameter sleeve portion of the position determining sleeve and a second coil spring fitted onto a smaller diameter sleeve portion of the position determining sleeve. One end of the first coil spring having a higher intensity of resilient force than that of the second coil spring is engaged to the stationary shaft and other end of the same is engaged to the intermediate portion of the position determining sleeve so that the seat is normally urged to turn to the raised neutral position under the effect of resilient force of the first coil spring. One end of the second coil spring is engaged to the other end of the first coil spring and other end of the same is engaged to a part of the arm so that the seat is normally urged to turn to the neutral position in the opposite direction to the first coil spring. The position determining sleeve is formed with an opposed pair of tongues for determining a range of turning movement of the seat while a reference bolt is extended in an area as defined between both the tongues.
