摘要: A control device of a technical installation receives in normal operation cyclically measurement variables from sensors, and outputs control variables to actuators. In normal operation, the control device stores the history of at least some of the measurement variables at least for a limited time and monitors the measurement variables for the occurrence of a fault. If a fault occurs, the control device transmits a fault message identifying the fault and the history to a knowledge base. In response to the fault message and the histories, the control device receives a reply from the knowledge base and outputs the reply to an operator. Before the normal operation is performed, the control device receives from the operator specifications which allow the control device to defines the histories. In the event of a fault, the control device determines, in dependence on the specifications, which histories to transmit to the knowledge base.

摘要: An anomaly detector for controlling a system is provided. The system comprises one or multiple tools to perform one or multiple tasks. The anomaly detector collects a feedforward signal indicative of a sequence of control inputs to the plurality of actuators and a feedback signal indicative of a sequence of outputs of the system caused by the plurality of actuators operated based on the sequence of control inputs. The anomaly detector further combines input state variables extracted from the feedforward signal and output state variables extracted from the feedback signal to form a sequence of extended states of the system. The attention model further encodes the sequence of extended states to produce an encoding of each extended state of the sequence of extended states in a latent space. The anomaly detector further detects an anomaly in a current operation of the system based on the encoded sequence of extended states.

摘要: Systems, apparatuses, and methods disclosed provide for tailoring responses to fault data generated during a service event. A method includes determining that a service event for a vehicle has started based on an indication from an off-board diagnostic service tool, interrupting transmission of a fault message during a time period after the service event for the vehicle has started and before the service event for the vehicle has ended, and determining that the service event for the vehicle has ended.

摘要: A method and a system for controlling a lot risk score based dynamic lot measurement on the basis of equipment reliability index are provided. The method for controlling a measurement, according to an embodiment of the present invention, calculates an equipment reliability index of specific equipment for a specific process in semiconductor manufacturing, calculates a risk score of the specific equipment for the specific process on the basis of an equipment reliability index, and determines, on the basis of the risk score, whether to measure a semiconductor product processed by the specific equipment for the specific process. Therefore, differential quality monitoring and management is possible according to the equipment reliability index, a measuring instrument can be efficiently used, quality and yield can be improved through timely measurement, and management convenience can be increased through automatic and dynamic lot measurement control.

摘要: A plant operation data monitoring device comprises: an input section that receives operation data on a plant; and a calculator that includes databases storing the operation data received, and a computing section executing a program. The computing section stores the operation data received in a first database of the databases in time series. The computing section determines from peak values of the operation data stored whether gradients of the operation data are positive or negative, and then stores the gradients in a second database of the databases for positive gradients or in the second database of the databases for negative gradients in time series. The computing section determines threshold values for abnormality determination about the positive and negative gradients, divides the positive gradients and the negative gradients into normal values and abnormal values, and additionally stores the divided gradients in the second database for the positive or negative gradients.

摘要: A system and related methods for configuring and monitoring a spraying application system for installation and use at a site that is remotely located from the spraying system manufacturing site. The system provides a configuration module that allows a customer or purchaser to configure a system electronically based on the customer's spraying needs. The selected configuration may further be linked to a pricing and inventory database module to allow the customer to order the system components, and obtain price and delivery schedules. In one embodiment, the configuration module is available to the customer via a secure web site over the Internet provided by a server accessed from a computer such as a personal computer at the customer's site. The system also provides a remote access module that provides spraying system operation and parametric information to be monitored at the manufacturing site to determine how the spraying system is operating and whether repair or maintenance should be initiated. Safety related parameters may also be monitored as a backup to the primary monitoring performed at the customer's site. The system also provides an extranet or other suitable site available, for example, via the Internet or other communication link, is used to provide an accessible database for historical data and configuration/installation information.
