    摘要: An SCP of a telecommunications network having a GMSC includes a network interface unit of the SCP that receives a CAMEL transaction from the GMSC. The SCP includes a processing unit, of the SCP, which controls the CAMEL transaction relinquished by the GMSC and decides whether or not to idle the CAMEL transaction during MTRR. A method for guiding a CAMEL transaction by an SCP during MTRR having the steps of receiving at a network interface unit of the SCP a CAMEL transaction from a GMSC. There is the step of deciding by a processing unit of the SCP which controls the CAMEL transaction relinquished by the GMSC whether or not to idle the CAMEL transaction during MTRR.

    摘要: A network assurance analytics (NAA) system and method is disclosed. The NAA can be part of a risk analytic for telecom (RAFT) program. The NAA system is configured to monitor telecommunications networks, detect errors or fraud in those telecommunications networks, and provide solutions to resolve the errors or reduce the fraud. Traffic of a telecommunications network is electronically monitored for at least one pattern that is indicative of a telecommunications anomaly. Based on a set of a set of telecommunications profiles stored in a database, a model score representing a value of the telecommunications anomaly is generated. A solution for the telecommunications network to reduce the model score associated with the telecommunications anomaly is then generated for execution on the telecommunications network.

    摘要: A method and system for providing a subscriber with an intelligent service provides the subscriber of an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) domain with special intelligent services of multiple intelligent platforms or convergent services. In the present invention an IP Multimedia Service Switching Function (IM-SSF) that supports an intelligent control protocol other than a Customized Application for Mobile network Enhanced Logic (CAMEL) Application Part (CAP) protocol is added into the IMS. The IM-SSF triggers the intelligent services through the protocol other than CAP to a Service Control Function (SCF) of corresponding intelligent platform according to obtained subscription information upon receipt of a session establish request related to a served subscriber; the subscription information can be pre-configured in the IM-SSF, or downloaded by the IM-SSF from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) of the subscriber.
