    摘要: A system and method for repeatably mounting a spray device in a desired spray position. The present technique provides the spray device with an atomizing spray section and a releasable mount. The releasable mount may be mounted releasably to a mounting member, such as a positioning system. In addition, the releasable mount may be mounted releasably to the spray device, such that the releasable mount may remain attached to the mounting member in a desired spray position. Accordingly, the spray device or its substitute may be remounted to the releasable mount in the desired spray position.

    摘要: A high velocity cutting nozzle for connection to the fluid supply tube of a high pressure fluid cutting system. The nozzle includes a housing which threadably connects to the fluid supply tube for receiving pressurized liquid therefrom spraying outwardly through a spray outlet bore of the housing. The housing includes a flow directing bore with a convergent inlet portion for reducing turbulence, and a bulbous outlet portion having an annular curved divergent surface and an annular curved divergent surface. An orifice disk is disposed within the housing in coaxial fluid communication with the flow-directing bore and the spray outlet bore of the housing immediately downstream of the flow-directing bore.

    摘要: Provided is a copper source liquid useful in MOCVD processes for forming copper thin films on semiconductor wafers. The source liquid comprises water and a source component wherein the source component contains at least 90 weight % Cu(hfac)TMVS and the copper source liquid preferably contains no more than 10 weight % water. The dissolved oxygen concentration in the water is established at no more than 0.5 ppm relative to the water. Decomposition of the Cu(hfac)TMVS is controlled in the present invention by lowering the dissolved oxygen concentration in the water. The resulting copper source liquid allows for improved reproducibility of CVD film quality by raising the capacity to control the amount of water addition to the copper source liquid used in MOCVD processes.
