    摘要: The present invention discloses a preparation method for a hollow radiator and a hollow radiator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) providing a feed and an insert raw material; 2) molding the insert raw material into an insert; 3) placing the insert in a cavity of a mold, and filling the cavity with the feed by injection molding in such a manner that the insert is surrounded by the feed, thereby obtaining a green body with the insert; 4) performing debinding treatment on the green body with the insert to remove the insert, thereby obtaining the green body of a hollow structure; and 5) sintering the green body to obtain the hollow radiator. By the preparation method for a hollow radiator according to the present invention, a radiator of a complex hollow structure can be fabricated, and the heat dissipation effect of the radiator can be improved. Moreover, the airtightness and leakproofness of the radiator can be guaranteed for a long time.

    摘要: A hollow dish with a discrete, meltable core such as a wax core includes top and bottom members welded to one another at their periphery, and a meltable, preferably wax core confined within an oxygen-free, water-free cavity between the top and bottom members. A method for making a hollow dish with such a core includes liquifying a meltable substance such as wax in an oxygen-free, water-free, inert atmosphere; cooling and solidifying the meltable substance to form a meltable core; placing the meltable wax core in the cavity inside a hollow dish; removing all oxygen and water from the core-containing cavity inside the hollow dish; and sealing the hollow dish to preclude escape of the wax core from the cavity and to preclude oxygen and water from entering the cavity.

    摘要: A device for producing dental ceramic, with a CAD/CAM device for preparing a compression molding cavity for producing the dental ceramic, wherein a CAD device thereof, on the basis of scan data, determines the shape of the dental ceramic to be produced, and wherein a CAM device thereof produces a positive model, on the basis of which the mold cavity is produced via a sacrificial mold (muffle). The CAM device also determines the distribution and the transfer between different ceramic types, i.e. types of ceramics that differ at least in respect of one parameter in terms of material, appearance, strength or the like, wherein the CAM device for adjusting the distribution and the transfer determines the position and the dimensions of a feed channel between a muffle rod and the compression molding cavity for producing the dental ceramic according to at least one of these parameters.
