摘要： A technique for controlling a polishing rate across a substrate surface when performing CMP, in order to obtain uniform polishing of the substrate surface. A support housing which underlies a polishing pad includes a plurality of openings for dispensing a pressurized fluid. The openings are arranged into a pre-configured pattern for dispensing the fluid to the underside of the pad opposite the substrate surface being polished. The openings are configured into a number of groupings, in which a separate channel is used for each grouping so that fluid pressure for each group of openings can be separately and independently controlled.

摘要： The present invention 10 discloses a device for singulating individual logs from groups of logs for linear or transverse processing. The present invention discloses a log singulator having a fully rotatable lifter arm member, i.e., 360 degrees rotatable, which is used to singulate logs from groups of logs. The rotatable axle of the lifter arm may be located above the upstream “V” of the log cradle member. Furthermore, the lifter arm of the present invention will positively push the logs over the top point of the log cradle because it is rounded at the top point, thereby allowing the tip of lifter arm to remain in contact with the log. Lifter arms with 1 to 4 lifter arm tips are disclosed.

摘要： The invention concerns a fixing device for a fluid product dispenser adapted for mounting on a container or reservoir which has a neck. A dispensing member is mounted on the reservoir neck. The neck has an outer peripheral thickness defining, with the rest of the neck, a lower shoulder. The fixing device comprises a fixing ring to fix the dispensing member on the neck. The fixing ring comprises a peripheral skirt extending up to beneath the shoulder. The skirt is provided with flaps, the ends of which point inwards and upwards and are urged to stop in contact against the shoulder thereby providing a catching mechanism for the fixing ring on the reservoir neck.

摘要： A primer composition used for applying a radical-curable resin-based waterproof material onto a concrete floor slab of an existing or newly established road bridge, is a troublesome application. For example, it is a problem in that a large machine is required for application thereof. The primer composition is a resin composition containing a urethane (meth)acrylate resin, (B) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer containing a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate (B-1) and another polymerizable unsaturated monomer (B-2), (C) a curing accelerator, (D) a paraffin wax, and (E) a drying aid, in which the above components satisfy a specific molar ratio and specific mass ratios. The primer composition has a good crack-load-following capability, blistering resistance, adhesiveness, and bending resistance. Also provided is a waterproof floor slab structure using the primer composition and a method for waterproofing a floor slab.
