摘要: A hot water delivery system includes a water heater, a mixing valve that is coupled to the output of the water heater, and a plurality of loads that are coupled to the output of the mixing valve. A load set point temperature of each load that is representative of a maximum temperature of the hot water that is to be delivered to the respective load is set by a user. Responsive to detecting the occurrence of an event associated with a load of the plurality of loads, a controller of the water heater controls the mixing valve to adjust the temperature of the hot water from the water heater to the load set point temperature associated with the load, provided the load set point temperature of the load is different from a water heater set point temperature at which the water heater maintains the hot water therein.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot water supplying apparatus which enables supply of hot water by utilizing waste heat of a pipe and a boiler as a heat source if there is a small quantity of residual hot water to use therefor, the residual hot water being required when using hot water of an instantaneous boiler, and a method for utilizing waste heat of a hot water supplying apparatus. The hot water supplying apparatus of the present invention for achieving said purpose comprises: a sensible heat exchanger for heating a heating fluid by means of combustion heat from a burner; a hot water supply heat exchanger for generating hot water by means of a heat exchange between the heating fluid heated by the sensible heat exchanger and direct water, and supplying the hot water to a faucet; and a pump for circulating the heating fluid via a heating fluid flow path which connects the sensible heat exchanger and the hot water supply heat exchanger, wherein the hot water supplying apparatus comprises: a signal reception unit for receiving a final hot water use signal; and a control unit for stopping the operation of the burner on the basis of the signal received by the signal reception unit and controlling the pump to circulate the heating fluid.

摘要: The disclosed technology includes an on-demand water heater which uses an electric heat source to heat the water. The on-demand water heater can have a low fluid capacity heating chamber which has an inlet and an outlet, an electric heat source for heating the water, and a controller to control the electric heat source and maintain the temperature of the water at a predetermined temperature setting. The on-demand water heater can be powered by a direct current power source. The on-demand water heater can also utilize a solar thermal system to provide additional heat to the water.

摘要: The present invention discloses an inner pipe for a liquid heating apparatus, including a hollow pipe body made of a metal or an alloy, where a pipe wall thickness of the pipe body is 0.3-1.0 mm; through a machining method of rolling or pressing, a spiral diversion structure is machined on an inner peripheral wall of the pipe body along an axial direction of the pipe body, so that the spiral division structure is formed to extend along the axial direction of the pipe body. The present invention further discloses a liquid heating apparatus and a manufacturing method therefor. The liquid heating apparatus includes the inner pipe and the outer pipe; a heating assembly is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the outer pipe.

摘要: A method of operating a tankless water heater for heating a continuous supply of water. The method includes detecting a water flow condition within a heating chamber of the tankless water heater and regulating electrical current to first and second heating elements in response thereto. Both the first and second heating elements are located in the heating chamber, and respectively have first and second wattages, where second wattage is different than the first wattage. The regulating step further includes providing electrical current to the first heating element and not to the second heating element when a first flow condition is detected, and providing electrical current to the second heating element and not the first heating element when a second flow condition is detected, and providing electrical current to both of the heating elements when a third flow condition is detected.

In the intermittent combustion control, a combustion fan is caused to operate during the combustion and to at least temporarily, preferably always, operate during the combustion stoppage.

A water draw-off detector is adapted to detect a water draw-off event and a water sensor is adapted to determine a reference parameter corresponding to a temperature of the water.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure are directed towards systems and methods for regulating a water heater via a thermostat. The thermostat comprises a receiver configured to receive one or more inputs from one or more sensors configured to monitor, for a predefined duration of time, usage pattern of the water heater. Further, the thermostat comprises a controller configured to determine, via a machine learning neural network, a scheduling pattern for hot water based on the monitored usage pattern. The controller is further configured to operate the water heater based on the scheduling pattern.
