摘要: An inverter converts direct-current power to alternating-current power by operations of a plurality of switching elements under a PWM control, and supplies the alternating-current power to an alternating-current electric motor. A feedback control computation unit of an inverter control unit uses current values acquired from current sensors detecting a current flowing to the alternating-current electric motor and a rotation angle of the alternating-current electric motor to perform a control computation in a (N/2) cycle (N is a natural number) of a triangular wave carrier of the PWM control. At the acquisition of the current values detected by the current sensors, an average acquisition unit acquires an average of current values in a carrier half cycle as a period between a peak and a valley of the carrier, or acquires a current value regarded as an average of the current values at an acquirable timing.

摘要: In one aspect, a control circuit to control a speed of a motor includes a control logic circuit connected to a multifunction port. The control logic circuit is configured to receive a control signal provided at the multifunction port and to provide response signals based on the control signal to place the motor in at least two of a sleep mode, a brake mode and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode. The motor control circuit also includes an H-bridge circuit configured to control the motor based on the response signals.

摘要: A fixed-position stop control apparatus (10) includes: a move-instruction generating means (22) for generating a move instruction for each control cycle; a position loop control means (25) for position controlling a rotation shaft (61) for each control cycle according to the move instruction generated by the move-instruction generating means; and a speed loop control means (35) for speed controlling the rotation shaft according to one of a speed instruction generated by a higher level control apparatus (45) and a predetermined speed instruction, thereby switching the speed control of the rotation shaft by the speed loop control means to the position control of the rotation shaft by the position loop control means. In this fixed-position stop control apparatus, the move instruction generated by the move-instruction generating means has acceleration smaller than the acceleration corresponding to the acceleration and deceleration ability of the rotation shaft. With this arrangement, time required for the rotation shaft to stop at a fixed position can be decreased.

摘要: A motor control device selectively turns on or off a drive transistor in-accordance with a PWM control signal Sp, such that a drive current Im supplied to a motor is adjusted. The device also samples and holds a motor current Sm for obtaining a motor current value Ih. With reference to the motor current value Ih, the device protects the motor from an overcurrent. Sampling and holding of the motor current Sm is performed for a sampling and holding time Ts. The sampling and holding time Ts corresponds to a time period between a first point in time when the level of the PWM control signal Sp is switched for turning off the drive transistor and a second point in time that precedes the first point in time by a predetermined period. As a result, the motor current value Ih is detected with high accuracy.

摘要: An actuator control system restrains hindrance to an object under control by an interfering substance that exists on its traveling path when the object is moved toward a target position on one axis while the object has been positioned at a target position on the other axis. A selection controller sets a switching function setting parameter (VPOLE_sl) so that a disturbance suppressing capability level is lower at a set value (VPOLE_sl_l) at time (t31˜) when a shift arm is moved in a shifting direction by a shift controller than at a set value (VPOLE_sl_h) at time (˜t31) when the shift arm is moved in a selecting direction to be set at a certain gearshift position (|VPOLE_sl_h|

摘要: A method and a circuit for switching a motor controller from pulse width modulation to linear control for a brush-less, sensor-less, poly-phase DC motor. The method includes steps of operating a drive circuit for a poly-phase direct current motor in a pulse width modulation mode and determining that a zero crossing will occur within a predetermined interval. The method also includes steps of enabling a bias current to a transconductance operational amplifier and changing an operating state of the drive circuit from the pulse width modulation mode to a linear mode. The method further includes steps of determining that the zero crossing has occurred, disabling the bias current to the transconductance operational amplifier and changing the operating state of the drive circuit from the linear mode to the pulse width modulation mode.

摘要: An acceleration and deceleration controlling apparatus in which a positional moving amount supplied from a host is converted into an accumulated value of absolute positions by two serially connected accumulators to be output to a first stage of a buffer registers 4. A switch 5 is provided to read out a value from a desired register among the buffer registers 4. The switch 5 changes the substantial number of stages of the buffer registers 4. At the same time, by correspondingly switching the divisor of the divider 7, the time constant for the acceleration and deceleration are desirably changed, which contributes to optimize the acceleration and deceleration time and to reduce the processing time.

摘要: When any component equipment of a draining pump plant is failed, the present necessity of drainage and a failure level of a drain pump involved with the failure are evaluated to determine conditions of continuing or stopping operation of the drain pump involved with the failure on the basis of the evaluated values. When the necessity of continuing the drainage operation is high, the operation is continued as far as possible, taking into account the pump failure level. The possibility of the drainage preference operation is thus maximized in the case of not only a minor failure but also a major failure of the pump, for preventing damage from a flood.
