    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-structure filtration device for filtering, separating, and dehydrating foreign substances in water, the multi-structure filtration device comprising: a filtration tank filled with filtration target fluid inside; a filtration device unit having a cylindrical double drum structure, installed in the filtration tank so that a part of the filtration device unit is submerged in the filtration target fluid, and including two or more filters having different mesh sizes that are respectively wound on an inside and an outside of the filtration device unit, and one or more washing modules washing foreign substances attached to the filter wound on an outside of the filtration device unit. Accordingly, the multi-structure filtration device can have excellent filtration performance by double-filtering the target fluid using two or more filters, can operate in an eco-friendly manner by recycling filtered water and effectively washing the filters using the filtered water without separate chemicals, can increase the durability of the filters, and can reduce the washing and processing cost by reusing the filters.

    Abstract: A liquid solid separator tank has a motor driven recirculating belt having rollers placed therein processing a mixture of materials. The top belt brings wet materials into a collection trough having overflow weirs disposed externally. These weirs permit overflow liquids to flow down towards a main tank; then, a sump pump reintroduces water back into an influent basin to cleanse the mixture once again. Also, the action of a motor driven auger within the trough forces solids towards a dewatering box attached externally thereto. This box has a motor driven rotating cage mounted on moveable rollers and internally attached removable brushes that act to clean the outer surface of the cage as it moves in addition to a stationary high pressure wash. A shroud channels the influent liquid solid mixture towards a filtered water basin disposed directly underneath the lower belt portion permitting cleansed water to be removed therefrom.

    Abstract: Because an evaporating apparatus for use in an MOCVD film deposition system has a structure in which a plurality of gas passages brings in a gas from the upper direction, the apparatus has a difficulty to position a jet nozzle, and the apparatus is incapable of accurately controlling the pressure and flow rate of a carrier gas mixed with a raw material solution to be issued into an evaporating unit, and it is thus difficult to highly accurately control the composition of MOCVD films.     Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for the continuous filtering of impurities from a flowable compound, especially a plastic melt, comprising a filter insert (3) in the form of a hollow rotary body which is held to rotate about its rotational axis (A) relative to a housing (1, 2) and is flowed through by the flowable compound and which is arranged in a flow conduit of the housing (1, 2) between a feed conduit (7) for the compound to be filtered and a discharge conduit (8) for the filtered compound, and a discharge apparatus for impurities held back by the filter, which apparatus comprises a feed screw (9) cooperating with the filter insert (3).
