摘要: A resin molding method is capable of reducing the use amount of micropellets and obtaining a resin molded article having required characteristics. A resin molding method includes a disposing step of disposing a preliminary molded body laminated and formed in a three-dimensional shape in a molding die, a filling step of heating and melting the preliminary molded body by an electromagnetic wave transmitted through the molding die and filling the molding die with a molten resin material, and a cooling step of cooling and solidifying the molten resin material in the molding die. In the cooling step, a resin molded article integrated so as to eliminate a lamination interface of the preliminary molded body is formed in the molding die.

摘要: A system for controlling the temperature of a film before and/or during application, the system including: a heat source for heating a film; and stretch rollers; wherein the heat source heats the film from an ambient temperature to a temperature from about 2° C. to about 40° C. above the ambient temperature, wherein the film is heated prior to or simultaneous to being stretched by the stretch rollers, and wherein the ambient temperature is below 15° C. The preheating system may be used to enhance binding and sealing properties of stretch films used for wrapping palletized products in a reduced temperature environment. Other embodiments of the preheating film system, and methods for its use, are described herein.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for producing a three-dimensional decoration piece that does not damage the tacky bonding or adhesion strength of the lower layer material of the decoration piece. The method includes putting an upper layer material on a first table operating as cathode; lowering an upper mold operating as anode onto the first table, emitting a high frequency wave for dielectric heating; stopping the high frequency dielectric heating; moving a second table carrying a lower layer material having a tacky bonding property to below the upper mold; and lowering said upper mold onto the second table. In the apparatus, the second table or the lower mold is provided on the top surface thereof with recessed sections that are transversally and inwardly separated from a position where an edge of the first machining means contacts, by 0.2 mm to 1 mm; and a cushion member being arranged in the respective recessed sections.

摘要: In one embodiment of an apparatus for manufacturing a rubber sheet, a continuous rubber material is supplied onto a supply conveyor in a meandering state by supplying the continuous rubber material onto the supply conveyor while moving rubber supply device in a reciprocating manner in a roll axial direction. The rubber supply device has a full width moving mode in which the rubber supply device moves in the roll axial direction such that the continuous rubber material has a meandering shape of a width corresponding to a width of a rubber sheet, and a partial width moving mode in which the rubber supply device moves in the roll axial direction such that the continuous rubber material has a meandering shape of a width obtained by excluding widths of both edge portions of the rubber sheet from the width of the rubber sheet.

摘要: The invention concerns a device for heating a surface by induction, in particular for molding or transforming a part made of thermoplastic or thermosetting composite material. The device comprises a body having at least one portion made of magnetic and heating conducting material wherein is provided a plurality of closed cavities proximate the surface to be heated, each cavity surrounding a field winding. The heat produced by induction on the walls of the cavity is transferred by conduction to the heating surface. The distance between the cavities and the position of said cavities relative to the heating surface are such that the heating is substantially uniform on said surface.

摘要: A process for manufacturing a non-degumming, seamless and surface-laminated basketball, comprising the steps of: step 1: wrapping the inner bladder by threads, thereby shaping the carcass; step 2: preparing the uncured foamed middle bladder; step 3: preparing the half-finished PU surface-laminated ball; step 4: placing the half-finished leather ball obtained from step 3 into a curing mold; subsequently, curing under low temperature and low pressure via the thermal cross-linking method, thereby forming the cured PU foamed basketball; Step 5: testing the air-holding performance of the PU foamed basketball being cured under a low temperature and mounting the air nozzle, thereby obtaining the finished basketball; by means of the present invention, the prior curing process of the middle bladder and related downstream process can be saved.

摘要: A matrix material dispersed with one or more susceptor structures can be formed into a feedstock for an additive manufacturing process. The one or more susceptor structures can be excited by an energy field such as an electric field, a magnetic field, an electromagnetic field, or any combination thereof, to produce heat. The heat that is produced can be transferred to the matrix material that surrounds the one or more susceptor structures to provide heat treatment to the matrix material. The heat treatment can improve the material and mechanical properties of three dimensional objects formed from the feedstock.
