摘要: A method for casting prefabricated concrete products with a circulation line casting process, where casting molds with fresh cast concrete products are moved for curing in a curing area, where the casting molds with the concrete products are stacked to form stacks of plurality of casting molds in the curing area, wherein the stacks of casting molds in the curing area are formed by lifting the casting molds forming the stack from the lowest casting mold of the stack, inserting a new casting mold below the lifted stack, and lowering the lifted stack on top of the inserted new casting mold. The invention also relates to a lifting and stacking apparatus utilizing the method, and to a circulation line casting apparatus equipped with such a lifting and stacking apparatus.

摘要: A porous hardenable drainage element (14) is produced from a molding compound (10) of expanded plastics granulate and a bonding agent by virtue of the fact that the molding compound is received in a ladle (30) having a pouring opening (32) closed off by a mold bottom (44), the molding compound is pressurized in the ladle, the element (14) is molded from the molding compound in a mold formed by lowering of the mold bottom (44) down into an opening cross section (42) consistent with a cross section of the pouring opening (32), and the element is separated from the molding compound by mutual lateral displacement of the mold and the ladle (30).

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a plastic lens comprising discharging a plastic lens starting material liquid from a tip opening of a discharge hole of a mixing and discharging part, the mixing and discharging part comprising a mixing chamber comprising a stirring means that stirs a plastic lens starting material liquid and the discharge hole communicating with the mixing chamber; casting the plastic lens starting material liquid that has been discharged into a casting mold, the casting mold comprising a cavity and a casting hole for introducing the plastic lens starting material into the cavity, and the plastic lens starting material being cast into the casting mold through a tip opening of the casting hole; and polymerizing the plastic lens starting material that has been cast within the casting mold to obtain a polymerized product. Before the plastic lens starting material liquid that has been cast into the casting hole reaches an interior of the cavity, the tip opening of the casting hole and the tip opening of the discharge hole are connected to secure the casting mold, and the secured state is maintained until the cavity is filled with the plastic lens starting material liquid.

摘要: In a filter manufacturing method, during a time period from the start of the suction of the slurry to a point in time when fibers in the slurry accumulate on the outer peripheral surface of the protector to a prescribed thickness, the protector and its leg portions are held spaced away from each other. The leg portions are moved toward the protector so that the leg portions are disposed at a position spaced by a uniform distance from the outer peripheral surface of the protector and the suction operation is continued. Thus, the slurry containing the fibers therein can be easily caused to flow deeply into recess portions of a fin-like portion with no fiber being caught between the protector and the leg portions, thus reducing non-walled portions.

摘要: A process for beveling the tip of a medical catheter is described. A catheter blank is mounted on a mandrel normally with the mandrel tip extending beyond the tip of the catheter to be beveled. The mandrel and catheter blank are inserted into a previously heated mold having a passage therethrough through which the mandrel passes. At a portion of the mold at which the terminus of the catheter is to be formed, a constriction is provided through which material (flash) may pass from the mold volume to the outside of the mold. The material is permitted to cool sufficiently such that when the mandrel and catheter are withdrawn from the mold, the flash tears and separates from the catheter at the point of the constriction formed between the mold and the mandrel.
