摘要: Embodiments herein relate to hollow profiles and methods of preparing the same for joining operations. A method herein can include placing a dam within a channel defined by the hollow profile, fitting a die block over an end of the channel, and injecting a flowable composition through an injection port into the channel. Another method can include defining a volume within a first member using at least one flow control device, filling the defined volume with a flowable polymeric composition, allowing the flowable polymeric composition to solidify to form a solid portion in the first member, and mechanically modifying the solid portion to define a joining surface suitable for joining to the second member. Other embodiments are also included herein.

摘要: A metal-resin composite, a surface treatment method, and a substrate of a printed circuit board (PCB) for high-frequency and high-speed signal transmission comprise a surface-treated metal, and the surface-treated metal includes a nano-scale pore array that is used for filling of a resin and vertically extends from a surface to an interior of a metal, where nano-scale pillars are provided to extend from bottoms to openings of nano-scale pores of the nano-scale pore array. The pillar-in-pore structure makes a resin entering a nano-scale pore have an ultra-high anchoring effect on a resin body outside the nano-scale pore. Therefore, on the premise of not using an additive such as a T liquid or a coupling agent, the present disclosure greatly improves a tensile bonding strength at an interface between a resin body and a metal substrate, and also eliminates a decline in an interfacial bonding strength of a composite.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a golf ball having a core and a cover of at least one layer includes the step of molding the cover layer with a vertically separating two-part injection mold which has a spherical cavity and three or more support pins disposed so as to be capable of advancing and retracting in a direction perpendicular to a mold parting line, each support pin being housing in a pin housing hole having a nitrided inner peripheral sidewall. This method enables a golf ball cover material to be molded using an injection mold which, because a thick plating of hard chrome does not need to be applied to the inner peripheral sidewalls of the holes housing the support pins, is inexpensive and in which the pin housing holes have a good abrasion resistance.

摘要: In a method for producing a housing of an electronic module, a lead with a bondable lead surface is injection molded with a plastic in a plastic injection mold such as to leave at least a part of each bondable lead surface from being injection molded and to form the lead with a pin recess which passes through the plastic and has a lead recess in the lead and which is sealed on opposing sides by a stamp component and a matrix component of the injection molded tool when the injection molded tool is closed, with the stamp component and the matrix component being injection-molded after the injection molded tool is closed. An electrically conductive pin element is inserted into the pin recess such as to guide the pin element through the lead recess of the pin recess.

摘要: A hybrid component has at least two component portions, which are connected via at least one connection portion. The at least one connection portion extends in a joining direction. A first component portion is formed from a first material which has a first modulus of elasticity, and a second component portion is formed from a second material which has a second modulus of elasticity different from the first modulus of elasticity. The at least one connection portion is designed at least to compensate for a sudden change in rigidity between the two component portions. The at least one connection portion has a rigidity that increases in the joining direction and in the direction of the component portion with the higher modulus of elasticity.
