摘要： A method for manufacturing rubber plate having colored patterns thereon includes step 1: to prepare a heat transfer decal having a colored pattern thereon, the color pattern including a plurality of slits located at corners of the colored pattern; step 2: to prepare a male mold and a rubber plate put on the male mold, the decal put on the rubber plate; step 3: to prepare a female mold having a recess defined therein, and step 4: to press the decal on the rubber plate between the male mold and the female mold at a high temperature. The pattern on the decal is printed on the rubber plate.

摘要： In this method, a fibrous material is embedded between the surfaces of a membrane and a dissimilar coloring material as the mating surfaces of the membrane and the coloring material are cured or cosolidify. This results in an encapsulation bond where fibers embedded in and originating from within the membrane are also embedded in and terminating within the adjacent coloring material. This method also results in delamination-resistant colored laminates comprising dissimilar layers and having a permanent and durable bond between the various layers of the composite.

The thermosetting resin molded article is produced by a method of applying a thermoplastic resin solution obtained by dissolving at least a styrene resin in a solvent to at least a design forming area in a surface of a shaping mold; drying the shaping mold to form a thermoplastic resin membrane; and injecting a thermosetting resin composition into a cavity of the shaping mold and thermally curing the thermosetting resin composition, to obtain a thermosetting resin molded article having a surface on which the thermoplastic resin membrane. The thermoplastic resin solution may be obtained by dissolving the styrene resin and a carbon material in the solvent.

An adhesion characteristic between the middle layer and the print layer differs from an adhesion characteristic between the middle layer and the substrate, wherein the adhesion characteristic is selected from the group consisting of adhesion strength and adhesion rate, and wherein the different adhesion characteristics are set by at least one of choice of materials used for the layers and crosslinking of the intermediate layer and the print layer.
