    摘要: A robotic container reorganizer has a robot arm that holds a robotic tool. The robotic tool can reconfigure a plurality of articles from a first configuration to a second configuration. The robotic arm may pick up a collection of articles in a first configuration with the robotic tool, and may reconfigure the articles with the robotic tool into a second configuration. The second configuration of articles may be set down after reconfiguration. The first configuration of articles has a first width and a first length, and the second configuration has a second length and a second width. The first width and the first length of the first configuration differ from the second width and the second length of the second configuration.

    摘要: A machine to be incorporated in a packaging line for beverage packages such as wines and sparkling wines, in a stage after the entering of bottles into a box, and before the closing of same. The machine is formed into a fixed frame (B) interposed in the packaging line, the fixed frame defining a lower sector where the boxes carrying the bottles pass, and a higher sector having a carrier horizontal frame for at least one placing head (C). The dividers (S) each comprise at least a pair of flexible laminar plates with square format joined to each other through a central and vertical adhesive line disposed between their opposite faces. Each placing head (C) has a feeding lane of folded dividers (S) that faces a sliding pneumatic extractor, a carrier of suction pads (17) and (18), which suction and hold the dividers in a unitary form, to dispose them in vertical alignment with a forming set, pneumatic and vertically displaceable pneumatic acting set, formed by folding guides (9) and (9′), which acts in combination with a vertical pushing arrangement operated by a pneumatic cylinder (31), by which the formed divider (S) is placed between the bottles in the packaging box, disposed one after the other, inside the same frame, having any of which its own divider feeding lane.

The conveyor assembly includes a pair of endless chain each having a plurality of lugs attached thereto, a pair of lug supports and a pair of booklet supports.     摘要: The invention relates to a method of packaging together series of bottles (6) by holder blanks (4) in which each one is to hold a number of bottles. The holder blanks (4) are provided in stacks (8) and are fed via a separation unit (9) to an application unit (3), into which bottles are fed on a conveyor (5) in a required formation (27). When a holder blank is applied, its laterally disposed flaps (39) are bent downwards and, at the same time, fingers (44), integrated with the flaps and possibly additional fingers are pressed upwards by the bottle caps (26) and the bottle flanges (26), respectively, and are moved downwards below their level. At the same time, the holder blank is cut through to obtain individual holders to rows of holders. The invention also relates to a device (1) designed to carry out this method and a holder (4), to be used when carrying out the method and with the device (1), respectively.

    摘要: The disclosed cover, carrier and package for one or more articles, is formed from a sheet of material which is stretchable when softened but relatively rigid otherwise. In a preferred apparatus and process, such a sheet is positioned over the top of the object to be covered and the portion of the sheet directly over the object is softened. A downward force is applied to the unsoftened, still relatively rigid portion of the sheet so as to force it down and around the top of the object. This causes the softened portion of the sheet to be stretched over the top and down the side of the object, conforming closely to it and thus providing a tight seal. By covering multiple articles a carrier may be formed. Methods for controlling the thickness of different parts of the carrier are described. In addition, a carrier may be applied to both the top and bottom of an array of articles in order to form a rigid carton or case.
