    摘要: A composition for forming a resist underlayer film which enables to form a flat film with a favorable coating even on a so-called stepped substrate and a small film thickness difference after embedding, and also a polymer as an important component of the composition for forming a resist underlayer film, a resist underlayer film formed using the composition for forming a resist underlayer film, and a method of producing a semiconductor device.     摘要: The present invention relates to a functional resin composition comprising a biomass-derived component, and more particularly to a functional resin composition comprising: a biomass-derived component; an aromatic dicarboxylic acid; an alcohol component; a chain extender; and a multifunctional compound. The biomass-derived component is biomass-derived succinic acid alone or a mixture of biomass-derived succinic acid alone and fossil-derived aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The functional resin composition comprising these components has excellent processability, moldability, tearing strength and tensile strength, and does not easily change over time due to its excellent hydrolysis resistance.

    摘要: This invention pertains to polyester compositions and their use in low shear manufacturing processes. More particularly, this invention pertains to polyester compositions that have a sharp transition from solid to flowable melt, a steep viscosity curve with temperature resulting in minimal heating above the melting temperature for good flow and having minimal cooling requirements. The polyesters have particular utility in low shear polymer melt processes such as rotational molding, powder slush molding, powder coating and 3D printing processes. The polyesters are comprised of at least one dicarboxylic acid, at least one dihydroxy alcohol, at least one polyol, and optionally a multi-functionalized acid, alcohol or anhydride branching agent. The polyesters have a puddling curve slope of −2 to −20.
