摘要: To provide a resin composition containing a polyethylene terephthalate resin and an inorganic filler, wherein when one cycle is defined as an operation in which, based on JIS K7121, a temperature is increased by DSC from 40° C. to 300° C. at a rate of temperature increase of 20° C./min and then the temperature is reduced to 40° C. at a rate of temperature cooling of −20° C./min, the polyethylene terephthalate resin has an absolute value of a heat of crystallization during a heating phase in a first cycle (ΔHTc1-1st) of the operation and/or an absolute value of a heat of crystallization during the heating phase in a second cycle (ΔHTc1-2nd) of less than 3 J/g, and a content of the inorganic filler in the resin composition is 40% by mass or more.

摘要: A thermally conductive sheet including: a cured material of a composition including: a binder resin, an anisotropically thermally conductive filler, and an additional thermally conductive filler other than the anisotropically thermally conductive filler. The thermally conductive sheet satisfies condition 1: a tack force of the thermally conductive sheet is 80 gf or higher; and condition 2: a bleed amount of the binder resin is 0.20 g or less after the thermally conductive sheet, which has a size of 25 mm×25 mm and a thickness of 1 mm, is left standing for 48 hours at 125° C. in a state of being compressed by 40%.

摘要: The present invention is a thermally conductive sheet comprising: a matrix comprising an organic polymer, and a carbon fiber X, the carbon fiber X being oriented in a thickness direction of the sheet, wherein a proportion of a carbon fiber (A) having a fiber length of 100 µm or less is 40% or more and a proportion of a carbon fiber (B) having a fiber length of 200 µm or more is 3 to 13% of the carbon fiber X. According to the present invention, a thermally conductive sheet in which the thermal resistance value is effectively reduced by polishing the surface, resulting in a sheet having a low thermal resistance value can be provided.

摘要: Provided is a resin composition, a filament and resin powder for a three-dimensional printer, a shaped object, and a production method for the shaped object, all of which make it easy to produce a shaped object and can improve, in shaping using a three-dimensional printer, the resistance to delamination of the shaped object and the resistance to warpage and shrinkage of the shaped object. A resin composition contains: inorganic fibers having an average fiber length of 1 μm to 300 μm and an average aspect ratio of 3 to 200; and a thermoplastic resin and serves as a shaping material for a three-dimensional printer.

摘要: A fluororubber composition that is a kneaded mixture of a carbon nanotube masterbatch comprising 4 to 20 parts by weight of multilayer carbon nanotubes, which are fibrous carbon nanostructures that do not contain monolayer carbon nanotubes, based on 100 parts by weight of a fluororubber polymer, and a fluororubber raw material comprising at least a fluororubber polymer and a reinforcing filler, in which the multilayer carbon nanotubes are compounded in an amount of 0.5 to 6 wt. % in the kneaded mixture. The kneading is performed using a roll or a kneader when the fluororubber composition is produced. The fluororubber composition can provide a fluororubber crosslinked molded article that exhibits abrasion resistance and blister resistance.

摘要: A thermoplastic prepreg includes a mat, web, or fabric of fibers and hollow glass microspheres that are positioned atop the mat, web, or fabric of fibers or dispersed therein. The thermoplastic prepreg also includes a thermoplastic polymer that is fully impregnated through the mat, web, or fabric of fibers and the hollow glass microspheres so that the thermoplastic prepreg has a void content of less than 3% by volume of the thermoplastic prepreg. The thermoplastic material is polymerized monomers and oligomers in which greater than 90% by weight of the monomers or oligomers react to form the thermoplastic material.
