摘要: Provided is a cellulose solution (a composition) in which decomposition of cellulose does not easily proceed even if heated. Further, provided is a method for producing a cellulose fiber excellent in mechanical strength. The composition includes cellulose and a compound represented by the following formula (1), a concentration of 1-methylimidazolium chloride being 300 ppm or less on a mass basis with respect to the compound represented by the formula (1).
In the formula (1), R is an alkyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, and Me is a methyl group.-

The plurality of insulating components includes a second insulating component made of cellulose fibers, wherein the cellulose fibers are arranged in voids formed between the wood shavings. The cellulose fibers of the second insulating component are produced from decor paper or sanitary paper.

摘要: Cellulose nanofibers (CNF) act as a dispersing agent to directly exfoliate graphite in an aqueous solution using sonication. The resulting suspension has graphite flakes, each having 2-20 monolayers, a relatively large lateral dimension, and a plurality of CNF decorating its surfaces and edges. The dispersing effect of the CNF allows the graphite-CNF suspension to be stored without degradation until desired use. The graphite-CNF suspension can be used to form various composite structures, such as by spraying, coating, pouring, extruding, or printing the suspension, and then drying the suspension. The resulting composite structures have improved tensile strength and toughness due to hydrogen bond interactions between the CNF and graphite.

摘要: A method for fabricating a printed circuit board comprising preparing a surface of an organic material substrate then depositing conductive traces and at least one conductive pad on the organic material substrate through an additive deposition process. The conductive traces and pads are then heat-treated to create electrically conductive pathways and at least one heat-treated conductive pad. A dielectric material is then deposited through the additive deposition process over a portion of the heat-treated conductive traces to create a dielectric material containing area and a non-dielectric material containing area. The dielectric material containing area is then heat-treated.

摘要: A composition comprising nanocellulose is disclosed, wherein the nanocellulose contains very low or essentially no sulfur content. The nanocellulose may be in the form of cellulose nanocrystals, cellulose nanofibrils, or both. The nanocellulose is characterized by a crystallinity of at least 80%, an onset of thermal decomposition of 300° F. or higher, and a low light transmittance over the range 400-700 nm. Other variations provide a composition comprising lignin-coated hydrophobic nanocellulose, wherein the nanocellulose contains very low or essentially no sulfur content. Some variations provide a composition comprising nanocellulose, wherein the nanocellulose contains about 0.1 wt % equivalent sulfur content, or less, as SO4 groups chemically or physically bound to the nanocellulose. In some embodiments, the nanocellulose contains essentially no hydrogen atoms (apart from hydrogen structurally contained in nanocellulose itself) bound to the nanocellulose. Various compositions, materials, and products may incorporate the nanocellulose compositions disclosed herein.
