摘要: A nonwoven web material that contains fibers formed by compounding at least one polymer with a tackifier is provided. The nonwoven web material can be used as a wipe or tack cloth and can exhibit a dust holding capacity of at least about 10 grams/m2 and a lint potential of less than about 5 fibers/cm2. In addition to containing a tackifier that is compounded with the polymer(s) used to form the fibers of the web, the nonwoven web material can be textured, post-bonded, apertured, or treated with elemental fluorine gas to further improve its dust holding capacity and minimize lint production. In addition, the nonwoven web material leaves minimal residue after contacting a surface.

摘要: The disclosure discloses an aerogel-modified polypropylene and a preparation method thereof, and ultralight thermal-insulating melt-blown non-woven fabric containing the aerogel-modified polypropylene and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method for the aerogel-modified polypropylene includes the following steps: before or during a polymerization reaction, adding aerogel to blend with reaction materials with low viscosities. thereby implementing uniform dispersion of the aerogel to prepare the aerogel-modified polypropylene; herein the reaction materials include a propylene monomer, a catalyst, and an additive, and the aerogel has a granularity falling within a range from 20 nm to 100 μm, a porosity falling within a range from 40% to 99.9%, a stacking density falling within a range from to 500 g/L, and, a volume fraction being 20-60% of a volume of the ultralight thermal-insulating melt-blown non-woven fabric prepared from the aerogel-modified polypropylene.

摘要: A thermally bonded filtration media that can be used in high temperature conditions in the absence of any loss of fiber through thermal effects or mechanical impact on the fiber components is disclosed. The filter media can be manufactured and used in a filter unit or structure, can be placed in a stream of removable fluid, and can remove a particulate load from the mobile stream at an increased temperature range. The combination of bi-component fiber, other filter media fiber, and other filtration additives provides an improved filtration media having unique properties in high temperature, high performance applications.

摘要: Processes are disclosed for manufacturing a nonwoven sheet material having an impermeable layer on one side and an anti-slip coating on the other side. The process includes carding fibers with a common general orientation and forming a web and bonding the fibers into a nonwoven sheet material. An anti-slip coating is applied onto one surface of the material. A polymer is applied onto the other surface of the nonwoven material. The orientation of the fibers is maintained during the entire process.

摘要: A pouched product adapted for release of a water-soluble component therefrom is provided herein. The pouched product can include an outer water-permeable pouch defining a cavity containing a composition that includes a water-soluble component capable of being released through the water-permeable pouch and has a surface area, wherein the outer water-permeable pouch can include a nonwoven web including a plurality of heat sealable binder fibers blended with a second plurality of dissimilar fibers. The nonwoven web can be carded, hydroentangled and point bonded.

The melt spinnable sustainable polymer content of the cleaning wipe is at least 50 weight % by weight of the cleaning wipe. A method of preparing the cleaning wipe is also provided.
