摘要： A vehicle door lock device includes: a door lock body configured to be mounted to a door; an outside open lever mounted, in a pivotable manner, to a support shaft arranged on the door lock body; and a coupling member mounted to a pivot end portion of the outside open lever and having an insertion hole. An end portion of a rod on the outside open lever side is insertable through the insertion hole. The rod is configured to couple the outside open lever and an outside door handle configured to be mounted to a vehicle exterior side of the door. A mounting hole in the coupling member intersects the insertion hole, and the pivot end portion of the outside open lever has a mounting portion. The coupling member is fitted and fixed onto the mounting portion of the outside open lever through the mounting hole.

摘要： A vehicle door lock apparatus includes a housing, a fork, a pawl, a first lever displaceably provided in the housing such that the first lever can act on the pawl, and a second lever pivotably provided in the housing. One end of the second lever has a linkage coupled to a lower end of a transmission rod, which is coupled to an exterior door handle. The second lever pivots in response to an opening operation being performed on the exterior door handle and acts on the first lever. A plane of rotation contains an arcuate trajectory traced by the linkage when it pivots in response to the opening operation being performed, and is located farther in a frontward direction of a vehicle frame than a fixing surface. The plane of rotation is inclined relative to a plane containing the fixing surface, and intersects this plane in the vehicle downward direction.

摘要： An automotive vehicle door lock apparatus consists of a latch mechanism having a latch for latching a door by latching a striker secured to a vehicle body upon closing the door, a door release or unlatch mechanism for unlatching the door by releasing the striker from the latch and a lock mechanism for locking the door by operationally disabling the unlatching mechanism. The unlatching mechanism is in cooperation with a disconnecting mechanism having an extension arm which extends laterally toward the outer door panel. Upon a lateral car crash, the extension arm is pushed laterally inward by the crushed outer door panel to operate and operationally disable the unlatching mechanism independently of the unlatching mechanism.
