摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for integrating a monitoring system with one or more air quality sensors. The method includes receiving data indicating a level of volatile organic compounds within an area, determining an increase in the level of volatile organic compounds within the area, receiving video data that shows the area, detecting, from the video data, a new item of furniture within the area, sending a notification that indicates an increase in the level of volatile organic compounds is likely caused by the new item of furniture.

摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to systems, methods and tools for coordinating the activities of a contractor and a user during a setup process of a building control system. In some instances, a contractor may install a building device and then partially configure the building device. The contractor may then leave a message at the building device for a customer. The message may including an instruction on how the customer can take action to further configure the building device. In some cases, the message may include an electronic message displayed on a display of the building device. In some cases, the message may be on a cling that is releasably secured to a face of the building device and/or may be on a hang tag that is releasably secured to the building device.

摘要: An all-inclusive fluid flow device that can variably magnify differential pressure, measure, and control a flow of a fluid is described. Various procedures, including measuring, controlling, balancing, or calibration procedures can leverage a variably magnified differential pressure measurement. Differential pressure measurements can be measured across the fluid flow device such that a first pressure measurement is taken upstream of the fluid flow device while a second pressure measurement is taken downstream of the fluid flow device. Moreover, one or more of the various pressure measurements, and in particular the downstream pressure measurement, can be performed at stagnation zone where the flow has stagnated. Such can provide significant magnification and/or turndown capabilities and the magnification can vary based on a damper position and/or apertures dimensions.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for controlling an air conditioning device, which is performed by at least one computing device, which includes: determining a control action for the air conditioning device at a first time point by using a reinforcement learning agent; determining a reward for the control action at the first time point based on a reward delay time by using the reinforcement learning agent; and performing reinforcement learning related to the control of the air conditioning device based on the determined reward, in which a time point when the reward delay time elapses from the first time point corresponds to a second time point, and the reward for the control action at the first time point is calculated while excluding situations after the first time point and before the second time point.

摘要: HVAC load can be shifted to change indoor temperature. A time series change in HVAC load data is used as input modified scenario values that represent an HVAC load shape. The HVAC load shape is selected to meet desired energy savings goals, such as reducing or flattening peak energy consumption load to reduce peak energy consumption load. Time series change in indoor temperature data can be calculated using only inputs of time series change in the time series HVAC load data combined with thermal mass, thermal conductivity, and HVAC efficiency. The approach is applicable for both winter and summer and can be applied when the building has an on-site renewable power system.
