摘要: Disclosed are methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums which provide for customer chatbots that detect a customer handoff condition and in response, transferring the customer to a communication session with a live agent. The handoff condition may comprise an inability to understand the customer, an inability to answer the customer's question, expressions of frustration or anger on the part of the customer, a customer's express request to be transferred, or the like. The live agent may receive a complete history of the conversation with the chatbot so that the customer does not have to repeat him or herself to the live agent. The chatbot chat session may be linked to a social networking account of the customer and may take place in association with a social networking profile page of the company.

摘要: An analysis system connects to a set of data sources and perform natural language questions based on the data sources. The analysis system connects with the data sources and retrieves metadata describing data assets stored in each data source. The analysis system generates an execution plan for the natural language question. The analysis system finds data assets that match the received question based on the metadata. The analysis system ranks the data assets and presents the ranked data assets to users for allowing users to modify the execution plan. The analysis system may use execution plans of previously stored questions for executing new questions. The analysis system supports selective preprocessing of data to increase the data quality.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described herein for improving computer authentication processes through the exclusion of certain merchants that may cause confusion. Indications of a plurality of different merchants, including merchant logos may be received. The indications may be processed to identify at least one similarity between a first merchant and a second merchant. A request for access to an account associated with a user and transaction data corresponding to the account may be received. Based on the similarity between the first merchant and the second merchant, at least one transaction corresponding to the first merchant may be removed to generate processed transaction record. An authentication question may be generated and a candidate response to the authentication question may be received. Based on the candidate response, access to the account may be provided.

摘要: Examples described herein generally relate to a computer system including a knowledge graph storing a plurality of entities. A mining of a set of enterprise source documents within an enterprise intranet is performed, by an enterprise named entity recognition (ENER) model, to determine a plurality of entity names. An entity record is generated within a knowledge graph for a mined entity name from the linked entity names based on an entity schema and ones of the set of enterprise source documents associated with the mined entity name. The entity record includes attributes aggregated from the ones of the set of enterprise source documents associated with the mined entity name.

摘要: A content management system for collecting files from one or more submitters in a collection folder. A collector, who generates the collection folder, can invite one or more submitters to submit one or more files to the collection folder in response to a public file request. The one or more submitters have limited rights to the collection folder. The limited rights can include uploading rights and prohibiting a submitter from viewing files that other submitters associated with the collection folder submitted. Thus, the collection folder is able to store files from the one or more submitters, but prevent them from viewing other's submissions.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method includes rendering a first output image comprising one or more augmented-reality (AR) objects for displays of an AR rendering device of an AR system associated with a first user. The method further includes accessing sensor signals associated with the first user. The one or more sensor signals may be captured by sensors of the AR system. The method further includes detecting a change in a context of the first user with respect to a real-world environment based on the sensor signals. The method further includes rendering a second output image comprising the AR objects for the displays of the AR rendering device. One or more of the AR objects may be adapted based on the detected change in the context of the first user.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs stored on computer-readable media, for inline and contextual delivery of content, which may include content selectively determined using private database content. In some implementations, interface data indicating text of a user interface of a electronic device is obtained. A particular term in the text of the user interface of the electronic device is determined to satisfy one or more criteria. Based on determining that the particular term satisfies the one or more criteria, the particular term is annotated to alter the appearance of the particular term in the user interface. After annotating the particular term, user interaction with the annotated term is detected and a card is provided for display in the user interface. The card can include information that corresponds to the term and that was determined using content from a private database for an organization of the user.
