摘要: Devices, methods, and systems for monitoring and/or assessing compliance with infectious disease guidance for reducing infectious disease transmissions are described herein. The systems may include sensing devices at or within a facility and computing devices to compare data based on outputs from the sensing devices with guidance and/or recommendations for mitigating infectious disease transmission. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines and measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines, but not measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. The compliance parameters may be individually scored or scored in groups, including the compliance parameters not measureable with outputs from the sensing devices, and a score relative to a facility or group of facilities may be provided. The scores may be presented to via a dashboard.

摘要: A system for the delivery of insulin to a patient is provided. The systems and methods disclose include an insulin delivery device configured to deliver insulin to a patient in response to control signals. The system also includes a controller programmed to receive the sensor glucose measurement signal from the glucose sensor. The sensor glucose measurement signal received indicates a concentration of the real time glucose concentration in a bloodstream. The controller is further configured to enact an impeding glycemia protocol based on a zone model predictive control (MPC) algorithm in response to the real time glucose concentration. The impeding glycemia protocol includes in determining a relationship between predicted glucose concentrations, a rate of change of the predicted glucose concentrations, and a set of control parameters that determine insulin doses above and below a patient-specific basal rate.

摘要: Described are systems and methods configured to accurately identify risk levels for individuals with varying sensitivities for those in close proximity to an emitting source and illustrates the impact of weather on levels of toxic concentration of airborne chemicals. As the methods and implementations described herein can be used for any location and any polluting point source of airborne chemicals, it can be a valuable tool to help residents in their efforts to reduce exposures and for medical providers to more accurately diagnose and treat exposed patients. For various distances from a polluting source, this methodology integrates weather, air dispersion analysis and emissions data of a single chemical or mixture of chemicals to provide a quantitative estimate of the frequency of unhealthy exposures to airborne toxins. Moreover, it specifies the frequency and past hours of unhealthy exposures according to the exposed person's sensitivity level.

摘要: A system for evaluating mental health of patients includes a memory and a control system. The memory contains executable code storing instructions for performing a method. The control system is coupled to the memory and includes one or more processors. The control system is configured to execute the machine executable code to cause the control system to perform the method: A selection of answers associated with a patient is received. The selection of answers corresponds to each question in a series of questions from mental health questionnaires. Unprocessed MRI data are received. The unprocessed MRI data correspond to a set of MRI images of a biological structure associated with the patient. The unprocessed MRI data is processed to output a set of MRI features. Using a machine learning model, the selection of answers and the set of MRI features are processed to output a mental health indication of the patient.

摘要: A measurement apparatus includes: a measurement data acquisition unit configured to acquire measurement data of a target; and a processing unit configured to process the measurement data. The processing unit estimates a skeleton of a living body that is the target based on the measurement data, estimates a measurement condition related to the measurement data using an estimation result of the skeleton, obtains a similarity between the measurement condition and an assumed condition assumed in advance, and selects measurement data related to evaluation of a state of the target based on the similarity. With the configuration and operations,, it is possible to efficiently collect data related to evaluation of a state of a target while considering a restriction of a location where measurement data is acquired, without collecting a large amount of data.
