Disclosed herein is a transparent electrode, including: a colorless transparent polyimide film substrate; and a conductive layer formed on the substrate and including a conductive material containing carbon nanotubes, wherein the conductive layer includes a polymer binder. The transparent electrode is advantageous in that carbon nanotubes strongly adhere to a plastic substrate and the transparent electrode exhibits environmental stability.

The present invention relates to fine gap-fill polymers and fine gap-filling compositions including same, and includes an organosilane polymer system which has the compound represented by Formula 1 as a substituent at its terminus. [Formula 1] HOOC-(CH2)l-R1 2Si-O-SiR1'2-(CH2)l-COOH, wherein R1, R1', and l of Formula 1 are defined and described in the description. Accordingly. the present invention provides a method for manufacturing integrated circuit semiconductor devices using the fine gap-filling compositions which have excellent gap-filling ability and good storage stability characteristics.

A method and an apparatus for encoding multimedia contents, and a method and a system for applying multimedia contents are provided. The method for applying multimedia contents includes: storing an MAF file in a database, the MAF file including a header with location information that provides the location of media data, at least one single track with media data and metadata compatible with a predetermined standard, utilization data representing information for media application method; and browsing or sharing the MAF file stored in the database. The media metadata compatible with the predetermined standard is at least one of media player metadata and a media album metadata. Accordingly, even when the user does not have a specific application or a function for applying metadata, general-purpose multimedia content files can be effectively used by effectively browsing or sharing the multimedia content files.

According to the present invention, an intermediate transfer belt comprises: polyimide resin; and a conductive filler, and has a total luminous transmittance of 1.0 to 50.0%. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a composition for the bottom layer of a photoresist comprises: (A) a polysiloxane resin represented by chemical formula 1 below; and (B) a solvent. According to chemical formula 1: {(SiO1.5-Y-SiO1.5)x(SiO2)y(XSiO1.5)z}(OH)e(OR1)f, the bottom layer of a photoresist can have good storability and etch resistance, can have easily controllable physical surface properties, and can enable a photoresist pattern to be stably formed.

A multimedia application system uses metadata for sensory devices. The system includes: a sensory-device engine for generating a sensory device command (SDC) for controlling the sensory devices based on sensory effect information (SEI) generated to represent sensory effects by using the sensory devices depending on video contents, user preference information (UPI) of the sensory devices and device capability information (DCI) indicative of reproducing capability of the sensory devices; and a sensory-device controller for controlling sensory devices to perform sensory effect reproduction in response to the generated SDC.

Disclosed is a multifunctional optical film for use in liquid crystal displays, which uniformly diffuses light emitted from a light guide plate and a diffusion plate, improves luminance, has a prism layer easily formed on a light diffusion layer, exhibits superior hiding performance, and decreases the loss of light, thus remarkably reducing the manufacturing process and costs thereof and realizing a thinner a liquid crystal display compared to a conventional construction composed of separate films, i.e., a light diffusion film and a prism film. The multifunctional optical film prevents the loss of light due to light interference, scattering or absorption caused by using a plurality of films and damage to the films.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a hardmask composition having antireflective properties useful for a lithographic process. The hardmask composition provides excellent optical properties, superior mechanical properties and high etch selectivity. In addition, the hardmask composition can be easily applied by a spin-on coating technique. Advantageously, the hardmask composition is suitable for a short- wavelength lithographic process and has a minimum residual acid content.
