摘要： A remote water quality monitoring system is provided. The remote water quality monitoring system includes: a measuring instrument that measures the concentrations of pollutant included in sewage/wastewater discharged from one or more outfalls in real time and that outputs a measured value signal and an instrument state signal; a data collector that transmits a remote control command transmitted from a control center monitoring or controlling the one or more outfalls to the measuring instrument, that collects the measured value signal and the instrument state signal in real time to create and store average data, and that transmits the average data to the control center; and an automatic sample pickup device that discontinuously or continuously picks up a sample of the sewage/wastewater from a sample pickup tank formed between the outfalls and the measuring instrument so as to allow the measuring instrument to continuously measure water quality.

摘要： A dual purpose processing chamber is provided. The dual purpose processing chamber includes a lid disposed over a top surface of a processing region of the processing chamber. A plurality of sputter guns with a target affixed to one end of each of the sputter guns is included. The plurality of sputter guns extend through the lid of the process chamber, wherein each of the plurality of sputter guns is oriented such that a surface of the target affixed to each gun is angled toward an outer periphery of a substrate. In another embodiment, each of the sputter guns is affixed to an extension arm and the extension arm is configured to enable movement in four degrees of freedom. A method of performing a deposition process is also included.

摘要： The disclosure describes method of synthesis of substituted benzazepine derivatives. Preferred methods according to the disclosure allow for large-scale preparation of benzazepine compounds having low levels of metal impurities. In some embodiments, preferred methods according to the disclosure also allow for the preparation of benzazepine derivatives without the use of chromatographic purification methods and in better yield than previously used methods for preparing such compounds. The methods disclosed herein find utility in synthetic organic chemistry as well as medicinal chemistry.
