    摘要: The present disclosure discloses an encapsulation system and an encapsulation method, the encapsulation system comprising a thickness detection unit, an output control unit and an energy output unit, the thickness detection unit being connected with the output control unit, and the output control unit being connected with the energy output unit. The thickness detection unit is configured to detect a thickness of an encapsulant at a to-be-heated location in a component to be encapsulated and generate corresponding thickness information. The output control unit is configured to generate corresponding output control information depending on the thickness information. The energy output unit is configured to output, depending on the output control information, to the encapsulant at the to-be-heated location energy for heating the encapsulant. With the technical solution of the present disclosure, the encapsulant can be heated properly based on its actual state such that the encapsulant at the to-be-heated location can all sufficiently melt, which effectively improves the sealing of the product.

    摘要: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a base steel sheet; a primary film formed on a surface of the base steel sheet; and a tension insulation coating formed on a surface of the primary film, in which a magnetic domain control is performed by irradiating the tension insulation coating with a laser from above. When a strip-like sample having a length of 300 mm in a direction parallel to a rolling direction of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and a length of 60 mm in a direction parallel to a transverse direction is extracted from the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, a range from a surface of the tension insulation coating to a depth position of 5 µm toward the base steel sheet side from an interface between the base steel sheet and the primary film is removed by pickling at least one surface of the sample, and a warpage amount of the sample is thereafter measured, the warpage amount satisfies predetermined conditions.

    摘要: The invention discloses a high-capacity cylindrical lithium ion battery. Tab-position end faces are shaped; a high frequency oscillation and pressure are applied on to make the foil bodies softened in the scope of 0.1-6.5 mm. The foil bodies of the anode and cathode are entangled together and compressed. Increase in weight and density of the foil bodies in a unit volume and increase in rigidity of the compressed foil bodies of the tab-position end faces lays a foundation and to enlarge the effective welding area and improve the welding strength of the laser welding between the tab-position end faces and the collector plates. The foil bodies in the prior art are cut into strips and easy to break by pulling when welded on the collector plates, and bear small currents. The invention achieves a great improvement in comparison with the prior art.

The cardiac pacemaker can include a battery disposed in a battery housing and a set of electronics disposed in an electronics housing. In some embodiments, the battery housing and the electronics housing can comprise an external surface of the pacemaker. The pacemaker can include a first set of welds separating the battery from the set of electronics, and a second set of welds separating the set of electronics and the battery from an exterior of the housing. Various embodiments for achieving dual-redundant welds are also provided.
