    Abstract: A pivoting mechanism for a spring hinge includes a pin and at least one cap assembly. The pin defines an axial direction and is configured to be disposed through a barrel portion of the spring hinge. The at least one cap assembly is disposed on an end of the pin and includes a cap body, a restricting member and an engaging member. The cap body includes a first abutting wall lateral to the axial direction, a first circumferential wall extending around the axial direction and connected with the first abutting wall and a groove recessed on an inner surface of the first circumferential wall. The restricting member is embedded within the groove and radially protrudes beyond the inner surface. The engaging member surrounds the pin and is disposed between the restricting member and the first abutting wall.

    Abstract: A solar power system may include a solar panel set, a lithium battery set, a first controller, and a second controller. A single-contact switch is electrically connected between the solar panel set and the lithium battery set. When the first controller detects that the generated voltage of the solar panel set reaches a preset threshold value, the first controller is adapted to trigger the first awakening of the lithium battery set by electrically conducting the single-contact switch, thereby brought the lithium battery set out of the low potential protection state. Also, when the second controller detects the voltage of the lithium battery set is not rising after the first awakening of the lithium battery set, the first controller is driven by the second controller to process the second awakening of the lithium battery set through the single-contact switch.

    Abstract: A self-tapping screw with drilling wing includes a head, a shank extending therefrom, a plurality of threads spirally disposed on the shank, a drilling portion opposite to the head, and at least one winged reaming unit formed on the drilling portion and extending outwards therefrom. At least one supporting rib protrudes from at least one surface of the reaming unit for increasing the strength of the reaming unit, allowing the reaming unit to bear the larger drilling stress during a screwing operation and provide the greater cutting action, and preventing the reaming unit from wearing or breaking. The combination of the supporting rib and the reaming unit allows the reaming unit to provide a suitable thickness which facilitates a preferable cutting speed without affecting the drilling capability of the screw.

    Abstract: A vehicle idle-speed warning system and vehicle idle-speed detection method thereof are provided. It is non-invasive, that is, there is no need to change or modify any part of the constructing parts in the engine compartment.
