    摘要: The invention intends to downsize a general-purpose engine generator and make operability thereof easy. A backup battery (233) is provided for the generator (22). The battery supplies electricity to an electronic controlled device such as a fuel pump for starting the engine. When the engine (1) carries out a rating operation, electricity is supplied from the generator (22). When the engine speed is in a low speed range, only a pump (15) is driven. When the engine speed is exceeds the low speed range, the pump (15) is stopped, and an injectors (10) and (27) are driven to be prevented from lapping over each other. When the engine speed reaches a high-speed range, the pump (15) is again driven. Electricity consumption at a time of starting is restricted by driving the electronic controlled devices at different timings until the engine (1) executes a self-sustaining.

    摘要: In an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine, the primary coil and the secondary coil of the coil unit are fabricated of self-welding wire and fixed in a coil case by an elastic material and an ignition control circuit unit is fixed in the coil case by an elastic material. Similarly, the primary coil and the secondary coil are integrally joined by an adhesive. The terminal of the primary coil and the lead of the ignition control circuit unit are joined together by fusion and the joint is partially molded, while the terminal of the secondary coil and the terminal of a high-tension cord outlet are joined together by fusing and the joint is partially molded. Moreover, the coil case is provided with an inner cap such that the fusing and partial molding of the terminals can be conducted on the inner cap, thereby ensuring a high recycle rate and enabling efficient resource recovery and reuse.

    摘要: An operation controlling apparatus for a passenger operated machine such as a tractor, snowmobile or the like. The apparatus includes an engine cut-off mechanism which terminates engine operation if an operator is expelled from the machine seat for a pre-determined time. Relatively short, intermittent periods of displacement of an operator from the seat, such as when travelling over rough or bumpy terrain, will not terminate engine operation. After emergency engine stoppage, the apparatus requires the machine be placed in a start waiting state, for instance by disengaging the clutch or when the transmission is placed in neutral, before the engine can be re-started.

    摘要: A motor with a gear reducer includes a housing, a stator secured to the housing and having an inner periphery thereof defining a central space therein, and a rotor formed of a magnet material and rotatably fitted in the central space of the stator. The rotor has an axial through hole formed therein in coaxial relation to an axis of rotation of the rotor. An output shaft is connected through a gear reducer to the rotor to be rotatively driven thereby, for outputting a rotating output from the rotor through the gear reducer. The output shaft extends through the axial through hole of the rotor and is rotatably supported by opposite ends of the housing. The rotor has a gear forming part of the gear reducer formed thereon at one end thereof, and a hook formed thereon at another end thereof and engageable with a moving device such as an assembly jig in an axial direction of the output shaft.

    摘要: A wheel motor for a vehicle is provided in which an electric motor is arranged in a central space defined in a wheel, to rotatably drive the wheel. A gear reducer is also arranged in the central space of the wheel, which has a plurality of gears including a final stage gear having an axial through hole formed therein. The electric motor includes a housing fixed to the vehicle body, a stator secured to the housing, a rotor rotatably fitted in a central space defined in the stator to generate the rotative driving force during rotation thereof, and an output shaft connected to the rotor through the gear reducer as well as to the wheel to be rotatively driven by the rotor, for transmitting the rotating output from the rotor through the gear reducer to the wheel. The output shaft extends through an axial through hole formed in the final stage gear of the gear reducer and an axial through hole formed in the rotor, and is rotatably supported by opposite end portions of the housing.
