摘要: The invention has an object for improving response of a fuel injection device. A flow-in recessed portion and a flow-out recessed portion are formed at a press-contacting surface of a floating plate, which is movably accommodated in a pressure control chamber. A flow-in port and a flow-out port are formed at a pressure control surface of a valve body. The flow-in port is opened to the flow-in recessed portion, while the flow-out port is opened to the flow-out recessed portion. When the floating plate is moved upwardly and the press-contacting surface is brought into contact with the pressure control surface, the flow-in port is surely closed.

摘要: A diesel engine in which a lubrication oil on the wall surface of the cylinder liner is prevented from being burned and diluted, and a smoke resulting from the local lack of air in the combustion chamber is also prevented from being generated. The diesel engine comprises a group injection hole nozzle 20 and a piston 110. A step 115 having a height gradually increased toward the radial outer circumference of the piston is formed over the entire circumference of the top surface 111 of the piston. Furthermore, a tilted part 115b is formed as the step surface of the step 115.

摘要: The invention has an object for improving response of a fuel injection device. A flow-in recessed portion and a flow-out recessed portion are formed at a press-contacting surface of a floating plate, which is movably accommodated in a pressure control chamber. A flow-in port and a flow-out port are formed at a pressure control surface of a valve body. The flow-in port is opened to the flow-in recessed portion, while the flow-out port is opened to the flow-out recessed portion. When the floating plate is moved upwardly and the press-contacting surface is brought into contact with the pressure control surface, the flow-in port is surely closed.

摘要: In a method for boring injection holes of an injector 1 having a plurality of intersections between an axis line of the injector 1 and the axes of the injection holes 10a bored in the injector 1, or so-called a group of injection holes 10, flat sections 10c, 10d, which are perpendicular to the injection holes 10a and include apertures of the injection holes 10a, are formed on boring portions of injection holes 10a. The boring portions are provided with recessed portions 10b and the recessed portions 10b are formed at the bottom thereof with flat sections 10c. Alternatively, the flat sections 10c, 10d are formed by cutting the boring portions, or by forging them.
