摘要: Turbines and compressors, which constitute superchargers, are disposed in series on an exhaust gas passage and an air intake passage, respectively. The supercharger is equipped with a supercharger rotation sensor, which transmits a detection signal obtained according to the rotation of the compressor to a control device, a bypass passage, which bypasses exhaust gas from the upstream side to the downstream side of the turbine, and a bypass valve, which regulates the flow rate of exhaust gas flowing through the bypass passage. Control device regulates the rotational speed of the compressors in a high-efficiency range by producing a control signal based on the detection signal from the supercharger rotation sensor, and sending the control signal to the bypass valve.

摘要: A component mounting apparatus includes two board transfer devices, a component supply unit, a component placing device, a setting unit, and a controller. Until production of the urgent boards is instructed, the two board transfer devices and the component placing device mount components on the regular boards in accordance with a first mounting program stored by the controller. When production of the urgent boards is instructed, a regular board is unloaded from the other board transfer device, which has been set by the setting unit to transfer urgent boards, the transfer way width of the other board transfer device is adjusted to the width of the urgent boards, and the other board transfer device and the component placing device are controlled so that component mountings on the urgent boards are performed on the other board transfer device in accordance with a second mounting program stored by the controller.

摘要: Disclosed is a component mounting apparatus including two board transfer devices for respectively transferring circuit boards in respective directions parallel to each other and a component placing device provided with at least one component placing head for mounting the components on the boards positioned at predetermined mounting positions on the board transfer devices. Where two component placing heads are provided, they pick up components from two component supply devices and mount the picked-up components respectively on the boards loaded by the two board transfer devices. In this way, the component placing device mounts components simultaneously or alternately on two boards loaded respectively by the two board transfer devices. While one of the two board transfer devices is transferring a board thereon or while the one board transfer device is being adjusted to alter its transfer way width, one of the component placing heads for performing component mountings at the one board transfer device helps the other component placing head in performing component mountings at the other board transfer device. In a modified form, either one of the two transfer devices is used as bypass conveyor or return conveyor.

摘要: A target object information estimating device embodied by an electronically agile radar sensor is mounted in a moving vehicle. The device has a unit outputting a radar wave every measuring period, receiving radar waves reflected from a target object through different transmission paths and calculating a distance to the object in each measuring period to detect the object, a unit tracking the object in a tracking term of measuring periods, a unit setting the distance changed with time as a null distance each time electric power of the received waves is reduced to a minimal value, and a unit producing an actual pattern of null points corresponding to the null distances, collating the actual pattern with modeled patterns corresponding to various heights and estimates the height of the object from the collation result as information about the object.

摘要: A polyester resin for toner which is obtained through polymerization in the presence of a release agent ingredient with a melting point of 60–100° C. or a release agent ingredient comprising an alcohol component, and which has a softening temperature of 100–160° C., an acid value of 0.1–30 mgKOH/g and a glass transition temperature of 40–70° C.; a process for producing a polyester resin for toner which comprises conducting polymerization in the presence of a release agent ingredient with a melting point of 60–100° C. or a release agent ingredient comprising an alcohol component; and toner comprising the polyester resin. Toners with excellent non-offset properties and glosses are obtained.

摘要: Several pairs of ink sheet reels are mounted on an ink sheet stock assembly. The supporting axis of a sheet take-up reel of a pair of ink sheet reels is grasped by an axis clutch of a sheet transfer assembly, and the sheet transfer assembly is placed at the remote end from the ink sheet stock assembly, outstretching the ink sheet between the stock reel and the take-up reel pair. When a new ink sheet is to be used, the sheet transfer assembly comes to a position nearest to the ink sheet stock assembly. This position is the transfer position where an empty axis clutch for sheet take-up reel of the ink sheet stock assembly takes the sheet take-up reel from the axis clutch of the sheet transfer assembly. A new pair of ink sheet reels comes down to this position, hokding a new sheet take-up reel. The axis clutch of the sheet transfer assembly takes the new sheet take-up reel and recedes in a horizontal direction outstreching a new ink sheet.
