Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for surface treatment of a composite material part and the prepared part. The method comprises the steps of: (1) providing a surface of a carbon fiber composite material part; (2) preparing a surface protection layer; (3) polishing the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after transparent powder is cured; (4) spraying transparent powder to the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after the transparent powder thereon is cured and curing it; (5) polishing the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after the transparent powder is cured; and (6) spraying a clear lacquer to the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after the transparent powder is cured and curing it.

Abstract: A spinning roller surface laser reinforced processing forming method is provided. A spinning roller is normalized after forging, the normalizing temperature is controlled to 860-880 DEG C., and the heat preservation time is 40-60 minutes; the spinning roller forging blank is roughly processed to reserve a tolerance allowance of 0.5 mm on the designated working face; the spinning roller and workpiece contact surface reinforcing layer is made of Ni625+WC2, in which WC is more than 22%; a reinforcing layer having the thickness of 0.8 mm is clad with laser on the working face of the spinning roller, and the preheating temperature is controlled to 250-400 DEG C. before welding; the spinning roller laser clad reinforcing layer is rolled; and the rolled spinning roller is put into a thermal treatment furnace for thermal treatment, and quenching and tempering treatment, re-crystallization and residual stress elimination are performed.

Abstract: The present invention provides an integrated mold for casting of wheels. The integrated mold has an upper mold, integrated side molds and a lower mold, wherein the number of the integrated side molds is four in the circumferential direction of the wheel mold. Thermal deformation circular arc compensation surfaces are formed by processing on an upper and lower one-fourth circular arc part of each integrated side mold, and compensation surfaces are formed by processing on key parts of 45-degree matching surfaces of the adjacent integrated side molds. The integrated side molds can effectively solve the problems such as imprecise matching of the matching surfaces, parting-line flashes of the matching surfaces and adhesion of aluminum caused by thermal deformation of the integrated side molds.
