    Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for producing a film with a coating solution including a material whose performance is deteriorated by oxygen functional film, without performance deterioration. The apparatus for producing a functional film includes a coating device which has a backup roller and a die coater and applies a coating solution having a dissolved oxygen concentration of 1000 ppm or less and including 10000 ppm or less of an organic solvent to a flexible support transported in a state where the support is wound around the backup roller to form a coated film, a lamination device which laminates a coated surface of the coated film and the film on the backup roller, and an inert gas atmosphere forming device which forms an inert gas atmosphere in a space including the coated surface from a coating start position to a lamination start position on the backup roller.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a laminated film including a functional layer such as a quantum dot layer and having an appropriate shape, in which a member such as a quantum dot performing a function can be prevented from deteriorating due to the permeation of oxygen or the like from an end face. The object is achieved by a laminated film including a functional layer laminate having a functional layer and a gas barrier layer laminated on the functional layer and an end face sealing layer covering at least some of end faces of the functional layer laminate, in which the planar shape of the functional layer laminate is a shape in which the corners of a polygon are cut out, or the end faces of the functional layer laminate have a tapered shape.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a functional film having an optical functional layer that exhibits an optical function and is capable of suppressing deterioration of the optical functional layer, and a method thereof. The functional film includes an optical functional layer, a resin layer which surrounds end surfaces of the optical functional layer, and gas barrier supports between which the optical functional layer and the resin layer are sandwiched, in which an oxygen permeability of the resin layer is 10 cc/(m2·day·atm) or less, and a difference between a thickness of the optical functional layer and the resin layer is within 30%; and a production method including forming a frame-shaped resin layer on a surface of a first gas barrier support, filling the inside of the frame with a polymerizable composition which becomes an optical functional layer, laminating a second gas barrier support on the resin layer, and curing the polymerizable composition.

    Abstract: A plant growth lighting fixture has two or more of a blue light source, a green light source, and a red light source and a reflective-type circularly polarizing plate having two or more of a blue-reflecting cholesteric liquid crystal layer having a center wavelength of an effective wavelength range in blue light, a green-reflecting cholesteric liquid crystal layer having a center wavelength of an effective wavelength range in green light, and a red-reflecting cholesteric liquid crystal layer having a center wavelength of an effective wavelength range in red light. The wavelength ranges of the emission center wavelengths as the light sources and the wavelength ranges of the center wavelength of the effective wavelength range as the reflective-type circularly polarizing plate are wavelength ranges of the same colors, and the reflective-type circularly polarizing plate has a polarization correction layer having a phase difference in a thickness direction.
