Embodiments of the present invention provide a network device and a data backhaul implementation system and method, which can implement centralized and dynamic allocation of backhaul resources in a network and improve a data backhaul capacity of the entire network. The method includes: obtaining, according to channel state information, a backhaul request of a second network device, and residual backhaul capability information of a third network device, backhaul control information used for controlling the second network device and the third network device to backhaul data, where the backhaul control information includes backhaul network topology control information and physical resource allocation information;and sending the backhaul control information to the second network device and the third network device, so that the second network device and the third network device backhaul data according to the backhaul control information.
Abstract:
A method for determining a precoding matrix indicator, user equipment, and a base station are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: receiving a first reference signal set sent by a base station, where the first reference signal set is associated with a user equipment-specific matrix or matrix set; selecting a precoding matrix based on the first reference signal set, where the precoding matrix is a function of the user equipment-specific matrix or matrix set; and sending a precoding matrix indicator to the base station, where the precoding matrix indicator corresponds to the selected precoding matrix. In the embodiments of the present invention, CSI feedback precision can be improved without excessively increasing feedback overhead, thereby improving system performance.

Embodiments of this application disclose a video image processing method and apparatus. A specific solution is as follows: obtaining identity information and location information of each subject in an ith video image frame; determining M main subjects from the ith video image frame based on identity information of subjects in N video image frames before the ith video image frame, where the identity information of the subjects in the N video image frames includes identity information of the M main subjects; cropping the ith video image frame based on location information of the main subjects, where a cropped ith video image frame includes the M main subjects; and scaling down or scaling up the cropped ith video image frame, so that a display displays the cropped ith video image frame based on a preset display specification.

A positioning method and related apparatus are provided. The method includes obtaining information about a first coordinate system relative to a second coordinate system, wherein the first coordinate system is a coordinate system used by a measurement device, the second coordinate system is a coordinate system used by a map, and the information about the first coordinate system relative to the second coordinate system includes translation information and rotation information that are from the first coordinate system to the second coordinate system; obtaining, by the measurement device, a position of a measurement target in the first coordinate system through measurement; and determining a position of the measurement target in the second coordinate system based on the information about the first coordinate system relative to the second coordinate system and the position of the measurement target in the first coordinate system.

One example apparatus includes receiving vehicle attribute information and traveling information of a target vehicle from the target vehicle. Layer information of a first road section on which the target vehicle travels is obtained from an autonomous-driving-policy-layer based on the traveling information. A first autonomous driving policy for the target vehicle is obtained based on the layer information of the first road section and the vehicle attribute information of the target vehicle. The first driving policy is sent to the target vehicle.
