The stapling member includes an anvil and a cartridge between which the tissues are sandwiched, and a cutter. Staples are applied to the anvil from the cartridge for stapling the tissues and the cutter cuts the tissue while it applies a high-frequency current thereto.

摘要： A medical resecting device is disclosed in which, a living organism tissue is resected with ultrasonic vibrations while the corresponding body cavity is observed with an optical observation pipe. The resecting device includes an ultrasonic vibrator for generating ultrasonic vibrations, a horn connected to the vibrator, a probe connected to the front portion of the horn to transmit the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the vibrator, the probe being provided with a rod-like shaft and a distal end portion with a resecting blade, a power source unit for supplying a drive voltage to the vibrator, and an optical observation pipe having a guide hole in which the shaft of the probe is inserted.

摘要： A device for closing a spout of a flexible container is provided. The device includes a connection tube and a sealable cap having an outer casing member with a lower, outer circumferential surface, an attachment member annularly positioned on a portion of the lower, outer circumferential surface, and an inner casing member having an inner casing sidewall and a bottom disc-shaped occlusion plate defining a cylindrical void space configured to receive a connection tube. The plate can be integrally connected to the inner casing sidewall via a thin-wall section sized to break by the insertion of an insertion edge of the connection tube. The device can also include an overcap sized to mate to the sealable cap.
