    摘要： A cerebral surgery endoscope apparatus comprises a stereotaxic instrument secured to the head of a patient and adapted to effect positioning of an affected part; an adjusted support means whose inserting direction is determined by its orientation to the stereotaxic instrument and which determines the direction in which a treating instrument is inserted into the head of the patient; a viewing device such as an endoscope supported on the support means and having a channel into which a treating instrument can be inserted, the treating instrument being inserted into a channel of the viewing device and then into the head of the patient. A fixing device is connected to the stereotaxic instrument and adapted to secure the support means, the viewing device and/or the treating instrument in a fixed position on with respect to the affected part.

    摘要： A surgical instrument for treatment in the body cavity, in which an open-close member for treatment is rockably mounted by of a pivot pin on the distal end portion of a sheath to be inserted into the body cavity, and is connected to the distal end of a rod passed through the sheath, by a cam mechanism including a cam groove and a cam pin in engagement therewith. As the rod is moved by an operating handle, the cam mechanism is activated to open and close the open-close member for treatment. The component members of the cam mechanism have external shapes such that those portions on the proximal end side of the position near the pivot pin do not project from the sheath in every operating state.

An engaging section (121) is arranged at the forward end side of the fixed handle, and an engaging/disengaging member (111) is arranged at the base end of the insertion section and is adapted to engage the engaging section as required. A biasing member 108 is provided for energizing the disengaging/engaging member toward the position of engagement between the engaging/disengaging member and the engaging section.
