    Abstract: A memory cell array includes memory strings arranged in a first direction. Word-lines and select gate lines extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The select gate line also extends in the second direction. The word-lines have a first line width in the first direction and arranged with a first distance therebetween. The select gate line includes a first interconnection in the first direction, the first interconnection having a second line width larger than the first line width, and a second interconnection extending from an end portion of the first interconnection, the second interconnection having a third line width the same as the first line width. A first word-line adjacent to the select gate line is arranged having a second distance to the second interconnection, the second distance being (4N+1) times the first distance (N being an integer of 1 or more).

    Abstract: There is provided the rubber composition for a clinch apex keeping hardness constant, suppressing prevulcanization, reducing rolling resistance, improving processability, suppressing generation of chafing between the clinch apex and a rim and hardly causing slipping of the clinch apex on the rim. The rubber composition for a clinch apex comprises 55 to 75 parts by weight of carbon black and 1 to 5 parts by weight of para-benzoquinolinediimine based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber component comprising 10 to 50% by weight of a natural rubber and/or an isoprene rubber and 50 to 90% by weight of a butadiene rubber having a Mooney viscosity at 100° C. of 30 to 55 in an unvulcanized state, and the pneumatic tire has the clinch apex using the rubber composition.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a rubber composition for a sidewall excellent in appearance and weather resistance, and a tire having a sidewall prepared by using the rubber composition. The rubber composition for a sidewall of the present invention comprises 45 to 60 parts by weight of a carbon black, not more than 1.5 parts by weight of powder sulfur, not more than 0.75 part by weight of a sulfenamide vulcanization accelerator and 0.7 to 1.5 parts by weight of paraffin wax in which the distribution of the number of carbon atoms is 20 to 50, the ratio (iso content/normal content) of iso content to normal content is 5/95 to 20/80, the standard deviation/average number of carbon atoms of the iso content is 1.0 to 1.8 and the standard deviation/average number of carbon atoms of the normal content is 1.0 to 1.8, based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber component comprising a butadiene rubber in an amount of 35 to 55% by weight and a natural rubber.
