摘要: Disclosed are an instant dissolving device by mass transfer and stretching with a cleaning structure and a dissolving method thereof. The dissolving device consists of a liquid inlet, a stretching repetition unit and a mass transfer unit, the stretching unit is sequentially composed of an upper fixed fluted disc, a movable fluted disc and a lower fixed fluted disc all with a plurality of through holes, and the upper fixed fluted disc and the lower fixed fluted disc are fixed to the dissolving device housing; the polymer gel solution is formed into a “uniform” solution after passing through the mass transfer unit. The dissolving device in the present invention is easy to install, and achieves instant dissolution of the polymers and improves the dissolution efficiency through the joint action of forced stretching and mass transfer by high gravity.

In an aspect, blending apparatuses and related methods and computer program products of the present disclosure may include at least one energy source associated with the blending apparatuses such that at least one energy source may be used to provide at least one portion of the energy required for a given blending apparatus to function, thereby reducing or eliminating need for a separate energy source to power the blending apparatus, which reduces the overall spatial footprint required by the blending apparatus and other device(s) associated therewith. Energy generated by the at least one energy source may also be used to power one or more additional devices. Blending apparatuses of the present disclosure may additionally comprise at least one control station that allows one or more users to monitor, adjust, control, interact with the blending apparatuses, thereby increasing efficiency.

摘要: The present disclosure provides apparatuses and methods related to a high pressure processing device that is configured to simplify batch processing. In an embodiment, a high pressure processing device includes a processing module configured to reduce a particle size of a material or achieve a desired liquid processing result for the material, a pump configured to pump the material to an inlet of the processing module, a recirculation pathway configured to recirculate the material from an outlet of the processing module back to the pump, an input device configured to receive at least one user input variable, and a controller configured to (i) determine a number of pump strokes for the pump based on the user input variable, and (ii) control the pump according to the determined number of pump strokes so that the material makes a plurality of passes through the processing module.

The first paddle screw is provided with first paddles and the second paddle screw is provided with second paddles. The barrel chamber includes a crushing zone and a mixing zone. The crushing zone is partly separated from the mixing zone by a partition member. A first inlet is connected to the crushing zone and a second inlet is connected to the mixing zone and an outlet connected to the mixing zone. The double shaft paddle mixer can be part of an arrangement and part of a method for producing paste.

A second fluid control region includes a second fluid inlet and outlet for allowing a second fluid to pass through a region different from the first fluid control region in the intermediate part.
