摘要: Disclosed by the present invention are an anti-aging polar rubber composition, a processing method therefor and an application thereof. The rubber composition comprises: a rubber matrix and a compounding component. In parts by weight, every 100 parts of the rubber matrix comprise 0-99 parts of highly branched polyethylene P1, 0-100 parts of P2, which is a reactant of the highly branched polyethylene P1 and a polar monomer, 0-50 parts of P3, which is a reactant of a copolymer of ethylene and α-olefin and a polar monomer, and 0-50 parts of P4, which is a reactant of a binary, ternary or higher multipolymer of mono-olefin and diene monomer and a polar monomer, and the sum of the contents of P1 and P2 is 50-100 parts; and P1 is an ethylene homopolymer with a branched structure, and has a branching degree of not less than 50 branches/1000 carbons; and the compounding component comprises a vulcanization system. Provided by the present invention is a rubber composition with both aging resistance and certain polarity, which expand the usage range of highly branched polyethylene as an elastomer, and is more suitable for applications with requirements for polarity-related performance such as adhesion performance and oil resistance.

摘要: Provided is a polar group-containing multi-component olefin copolymer comprising: structural units (A) derived from ethylene or an α-olefin; structural units (B) having a carboxyl group or a structure which forms a carboxyl group by an elimination reaction due to heat or an acid; and structural units (C) derived from acrylic acid, which do not have a carboxyl group, and which do not cause an elimination reaction due to heat or an acid under the same conditions as those for the elimination reaction due to heat or an acid in which the structural units (B) form a carboxyl group.

摘要: An ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) resin particle composition, an EVOH film formed therefrom, and a multilayer structure containing the same. The EVOH resin particle composition includes: a first EVOH resin particle having a peak material volume (Vmp) of 0.00001˜6 μm3/μm2; and a second EVOH resin particle having a peak material volume (Vmp) of 0.00015˜20 μm3/μm2. This can improve the workability and mechanical properties of the EVOH composition when it is made into a film.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a process for polymerising olefins in multi stage polymerisation process configuration, comprising a) polymerising in a first polymerisation step first olefin monomer, optionally in the presence of at least one other alpha olefin monomer, in the presence of a polymerisation catalyst so as to form a first polymer component (A), and b) polymerising in a second polymerisation step in gas phase second olefin monomer, optionally in the presence of at least one other alpha olefin comonomer, in the presence of the first polymer component (A) of step a) and an induced swelling agent, so as to for a second polymer component (B), wherein the first polymer component (A) and the second polymer component (B) are produced at production rates meeting a predetermined target weight ratio of the second polymer component (B) to the first polymer component (A), the process comprising the steps of: i) determining a first weight ratio of the second polymer component (B) to the first polymer component (A) in the second polymerisation step, and ii) increasing the concentration of the induced swelling agent in the second polymerisation step if the determined first weight ratio is less than the predetermined target weight ratio, or iii) decreasing the concentration of the induced swelling agent in the second polymerisation step if the determined first weight ratio is greater than the predetermined target weight ratio, or iv) maintaining the concentration of the induced swelling agent in the second polymerisation step if the determined first weight ratio equals the predetermined target weight ratio. The disclosure further relates to use of an induced swelling agent in a gas phase polymerisation step for improving gas phase production split in a multi-stage olefin polymerisation process.

摘要: A process for producing a multimodal ethylene polymer comprising the steps of (i) polymerising ethylene in a first polymerisation step in the presence of a Ziegler-Natta polymerisation catalyst to produce a first ethylene homopolymer (PEI) having a melt flow rate MFR2 of from 100 to 300 g/10 min (ISO 1133-1 at 190° C. under 2.16 kg load); (ii) polymerising ethylene in a second polymerisation step in the presence of the first ethylene homopolymer to produce a first ethylene polymer mixture (PEM1) comprising the first ethylene homopolymer and a second ethylene homopolymer, said first ethylene polymer mixture having a melt flow rate MFR2 of from 200 to 1000 g/10 min, and wherein the MFR2 of the first ethylene homopolymer (PEI) is lower than the MFR2 of the first ethylene polymer mixture (PEM1); and (iii) copolymerising ethylene and at least one alpha-olefin comonomer in a third polymerisation step in the presence of the first ethylene polymer mixture to produce a second ethylene polymer mixture (PEM2) comprising the first ethylene polymer mixture and a third ethylene copolymer (PE3), said second ethylene polymer mixture having a density of from 937 to 950 kg/m3 (ISO 1183-2) and a melt flow rate MFR5 of from 0.1 to 5.0 g/10 min (ISO 1133-1 at 190° C. under 5 kg load).
