摘要： A viewing surveillance system which make it possible to carry out the viewing surveillance independently from the broadcasting form like analog broadcasting or digital broadcasting. The viewing surveillance system also make it possible to carry out the viewing surveillance without any restriction set to viewers or any burden to the broadcast stations. The image feature data generating unit 12 receives a picture signal from the image viewing terminal 50, and generates the image feature data which represents a feature of the image from the picture signal. The image information transmitting unit 13 transmits the image feature data generated by the image feature data generating unit 12 to the viewing surveillance server 2. On the other hand, the image feature data generating units 21a to 21c also generates the image feature data based on the broadcasted programs and stores the image feature data in the program image feature data storing unit 22. The viewing program specifying unit 23 specifies the viewed program by matching the image feature data received from the image information transmitting unit 13 and the image feature data stored in the program image feature data storing unit 22.

摘要： An electrical connector includes, in substitution for contacts, a substrate having a plurality of signal patterns and a plurality of ground patterns on at least one surface, each of these patterns having at one end a contact portion adapted to contact a mating object and at the other end a connection portion to be connected to a cable, a housing having an inserting hole for inserting the substrate therethrough, and holding members for fixing the substrate to the housing. A capacitor and a resistance chip connected in parallel are mounted on at least one of the signal patterns. In this manner, the connector achieves its miniaturization, stability of impedance, reduction in cross talk, and better return loss level and transmission characteristics.

When any one video of the on-air broadcast video, edited video, and raw material video is specified, a correlation information retrieval unit 107 retrieves the mutual correlation of the specified video, and a frequency-of-use calculation unit 109 generates the frequency-of-use of the specified video in other video groups based on the retrieved correlation. The generated frequency-of-use is graphed and displayed on a display unit.

This charged particle beam exposure apparatus comprises a charged particle beam source, a charged particle beam shaper, a deflector for changing the position where the charged particle beam is radiated on the specimen, a projector for projecting the charged particle beam on the specimen, and a control unit for controlling the deflector and the projector at the time of exposure. A pattern is plotted on the specimen by the charged particle beam being converged and deflected appropriately. The apparatus further comprises a stage for moving the specimen within the apparatus, and a height measuring unit for measuring the height distribution in a predetermined range of the specimen with at least a predetermined density while the specimen is loaded in the apparatus.

摘要： The present invention is a method of charged particle beam exposure wherein an area of an exposure pattern is exposed by irradiating a sample with a charged particle beam while moving said sample, comprising: a step of generating speed data including the speed distribution in a direction of movement of the sample in accordance with secondary data which is generated from a pattern data including at least data of the exposure pattern and data of an exposure position, and includes at least density information of the exposure pattern; and a step of irradiating the sample with the charged particle beam in accordance with the pattern data while being moved at variable speed in accordance with the speed data. According to the invention, the through-put is improved very much without any defect of the exposure.
