    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery pack and an electric vehicle. The battery pack includes a casing wherein the battery is placed, a cooling plate located below the casing in a height direction, and a bracket assembly located below the cooling plate in a height direction and fixedly connected to the casing, the bracket assembly is used for direct contact with a mounting plate of the electric vehicle. When the battery pack of the present disclosure is used in an electric vehicle, since the bracket assembly separates the cooling plate from the mounting plate of the electric vehicle, the cooling plate does not need to directly exchange heat with the mounting plate, thereby reducing the influence of the temperature of the mounting plate on the cooling plate, and increasing the cooling or heating efficiency of the cooling plate to the battery inside the casing.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electrode component, an electrode assembly and a rechargeable battery. The electrode component includes an electrode body, a conductive structure, and a reinforcement structure. The electrode body includes an insulating substrate and a conductive layer disposed on surfaces of the insulating substrate, the conductive layer includes a first portion coated with an active material and a second portion extending from the first portion and uncoated with the active material. The conductive structure is connected to the second portion. The reinforcement structure reinforces the conductive structure on the second portion. According to the present disclosure, by reinforcing the conductive structure connected to the second portion of the electrode component having the insulating substrate by the reinforcing structure, the reliability of the arrangement of the conductive structure on the second portion can be effectively improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery cap assembly, a secondary battery and a battery module. The battery cap assembly comprises: a cap plate, including a second terminal hole; a first electrode terminal, at least a part of which protruding above the cap plate; a second electrode terminal, including a second protruding portion protruding above the cap plate and a second base portion connected with the second protruding portion. The first electrode terminal is provided with a protrusion used for welding with a first connecting piece; the second protruding portion is used for welding with a second connecting piece to form a welding portion, and a projection of the welding portion in an up-down direction is positioned in a cross-section of the second base portion. The secondary battery comprises a case, an electrode assembly and the battery cap assembly. The battery module comprises the first connecting piece and the secondary batteries.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a casing for a battery pack and a battery pack. The casing has a receiving space and an opening in communication with the receiving space, the receiving space is formed by a wall portion of the casing, and the wall portion is formed from two or more stacked base plates, between which a plurality of cavities are formed, wherein an island is disposed within the cavity. By disposing islands in the plurality of cavities, the casing provided by the present disclosure not only can improve the structural strength of the casing and of the cavities, but also can change the flow capacity and flow rate of the fluid in the cavities, which can make the temperature distribution of the casing more uniform, increase the heat exchange efficiency of the battery assembly, and further improve the thermal management of the battery pack.

    Abstract: A top cover assembly for secondary battery, including: first and second electrode terminals; a top cover plate insulated from the first electrode terminal and electrically connected with the second electrode terminal; a contact piece attached to the top cover plate; and a thermo-deformable piece opposite to the contact piece, one end being electrically connected with the first electrode terminal, the other end being a free end; when a temperature at which the thermo-deformable piece deforms is not reached and internal pressure of the secondary battery exceeds a reference pressure, the contact piece deforms to be electrically connected with the thermo-deformable piece so that the first electrode terminal is electrically connected with the second electrode terminal, and when the temperature at which the thermo-deformable piece deforms is reached, the free end deforms away from the contact piece, and the thermo-deformable piece is kept insulated from the contact piece.
