摘要: A heat pipe having a woven-wired wick according to the present invention is for improving a capillary force and permeability and simplifying the manufacturing process thereof. The heat pipe uses a wick in order to increase permeability. The heat pipe comprises a pipe body; and a wick having a larger diameter than that of the pipe body before being inserted into the pipe body and a smaller diameter than that of the pipe body after being inserted into the pipe body. The wick includes a plurality of groups of wires which are spirally woven to form a cylindrical wick and each wire is made of a material having an elasticity. In addition, the heat pipe is manufactured by the following steps: forming a cylindrical wick by weaving a plurality of wires spirally so that a diameter of the wick is larger than an inner diameter of a pipe body; and inserting the wick into the pipe body, wherein the diameter of the wick is smaller than the diameter of the pipe body and the wick is closely in contact with an inner wall of the pipe body without any process due to elasticity of the wire when the wick is inserted into the pipe body.

摘要: The present invention provides an activated carbon which is used in an activated carbon electrode plate and a method of preparing an activated carbon electrode plate prepared using the same, in which the activated carbon electrode plate functions to remove gas and gaseous air pollutants at the same time. The method comprises the steps of: providing a raw pure activated carbon or an impurity-containing raw activated carbon; processing the raw activated carbon into a powdered activated carbon; treating the pores of the powdered activated carbon to maintain the pores; filtering the powdered activated carbon whose pores were treated, and mixing the filtered activated carbon with a binder to form a binder/activated carbon mixture; forming the binder/activated carbon mixture into a flowable activated carbon slurry; applying the activated carbon slurry to the surface of a conductive material; and drying the conductive material having the activated carbon slurry applied thereto.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a heat-radiating substrate and a method of manufacturing the same. The heat-radiating substrate includes: a core layer including a core metal layer and a core insulating layer formed on the core metal layer and divided into a first region and a second region; a circuit layer formed in the first region of the core layer; a build-up layer formed in the second region of the core layer and including a build-up insulating layer and a build-up circuit layer; an adhesive layer formed between the second region of the core layer and the build-up layer; and an impregnation device mounted on the build-up layer to be impregnated into the adhesive layer. A heat generating element is mounted on the circuit layer and a thermally weakened element is mounted on the build-up layer, thereby preventing the thermally weakened element from being damaged by heat of the heat generating element. The impregnation device is formed on the build-up layer and is impregnated into the adhesive layer, thereby efficiently utilizing a space.
