摘要： A semiconductor memory device includes a memory bank which is divided into a plurality of memory blocks including a first memory block and a second memory block. A first sense amplifier control unit activates sense amplifiers connected with the first memory block, in response to a first activation signal. A second sense amplifier control unit activates sense amplifiers connected with the second memory block, in response to a second activation signal. A signal control unit outputs the first activation signal and the second activation signal to the first sense amplifier control unit and the second sense amplifier control unit, separately from each other, the signal control unit outputting the second activation signal to the second sense amplifier control unit by delaying the first activation signal by a predetermined time after the outputting of the first activation signal.

摘要： A generating device that includes an AC/DC conversion unit having a rectifier circuit that rectifies an output of a magneto rotor and applies the output to a battery, and an inverter circuit that converts a voltage of the battery into an AC control voltage and applies the AC control voltage to an armature coil of the magneto generator, performs chopper control that controls switch elements of the inverter circuit so as to interrupt an output current of the magneto generator to control the output of the magneto generator when a rotational speed of the magneto generator is lower than a set speed, and performs drive control that applies the AC control voltage from the battery through the inverter circuit to the armature coil when the rotational speed becomes higher than the set speed, and changes a phase angle of the AC control voltage to control the output of the magneto generator.

Accordingly, the higher speed operation than the prior art can be achieved.

摘要： There is provided an immunoassay by which the amount of human medullasin present inside granulocytes, which are one leukocyte component in blood, can be determined with high accuracy and with good reproducibility. Also provided is an immunoassay of medullasin, wherein when measuring the medullasin in blood using an anti-human medullasin antibody, the determination of the amount of human medullasin in a blood sample using said anti-human medullasin antibody is carried out after treating the blood sample with an aqueous liquid having a specific osmotic pressure different to the osmotic pressure of blood to completely break up the leukocytes. Also provided is a method of diagnosing multiple sclerosis characterized in that the human medullasin content of a blood sample is measured using an immunoassay, and the onset of multiple sclerosis and the extent of the disease is diagnosed according to the size of, or changes in, this measured value.

摘要： An image forming apparatus has a plurality of image forming devices for forming images in different colors. Each image forming device has an image bearing member, a charging device for charging the image bearing member, a developing device for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the image bearing member by a developer containing toner and a carrier, and a detecting device for detecting information corresponding to the permeability of the developer in the developing device. The apparatus also has a control device for controlling the amount of the developer supplied to each developing device according to an output from the detecting device and a corresponding target value. Each charging device has magnetic particles which are brought into contact with the image bearing member. The permeability of the magnetic particles is different from the permeability of the carrier. The apparatus also has a correcting device for correcting each of the target values. The amount of correction by the correcting device is different with respect to the case of correcting a first target value and the case of correcting a second target value.
