摘要: According to the invention, a servo ratio regulating member is disposed on the front end face of the valve body for abutment against the rear end face of a reaction disc. The servo ratio regulating member comprises an engaging portion which is engaged with a portion of a reduced diameter formed on the front end face of the valve body, and an abutment portion continuing from the engaging portion and projecting forwardly for abutment against the reaction disc. An external diameter D″ of the abutment portion as well as an external diameter of the reaction disc which is seated thereon are greater than an external diameter D of the outer periphery of the valve element, reducing the proportion of a brake reaction which is transmitted to a driver. With this arrangement, a higher servo ratio can be established with an arrangement which is simplified and inexpensive as compared with the prior art.

摘要: A process for producing a toner for development of electrostatic latent images, which is composed of colored polymer particles and has a low fixing temperature, good permeability through OHP and excellent shelf stability, by subjecting a monomer composition containing at least a polymerizable monomer and a colorant to suspension polymerization in an aqueous dispersion medium containing a dispersing agent comprises at least two steps of:(1) the first step of subjecting a monomer composition for core component containing at least one monomer for core component, which is capable of forming a polymer having a glass transition temperature not higher than 80.degree. C., and a colorant to suspension polymerization in the aqueous dispersion medium until the conversion of the monomer into the polymer reaches at least 80%, thereby preparing colored polymer particles serving as the core component; and(2) the second step of adding at least one monomer for shell component, which is capable of forming a polymer having a glass transition temperature higher than that of the polymer of the core component, or a monomer composition for shell component containing said monomer, and a water-soluble radical initiator to the reaction system containing the colored polymer particles serving as the core component to conduct a polymerization reaction, thereby forming a coating layer of the polymer serving as the shell component on surfaces of the colored polymer particles serving as the core component.

摘要: There is disclosed a method for accelerating the cure of cyanoacrylate adhesive by contacting the adhesive with a coating of an accelerator on a tape or sheet. Preferred embodiments relate to bonding a fabric to a substrate by placing a fabric in pressure contact with a substrate, said fabric having cyanoacrylate adhesive on one side thereof and openings of sufficient size between adjacent fibers to permit cyanoacrylate adhesive to pass through to the opposite side of the fabric and then contacting adhesive on the side away from the substrate with a polymerization accelerator coated on a backing. There is also disclosed a backing material such as a tape or sheet having a polymerization accelerator for cyanoacrylate adhesive coated on one side thereof, preferably, wherein the backing material does not bond to the cyanoacrylate on the side carrying the coating. Use of the method and backing material is particularly described for use in the manufacture of serigraphic screens.

摘要: A slider is attached to a spring with an epoxy adhesive. The thermal expansion coefficient of the spring is set greater than that of the slider by 10% to 60%. In this range, the deformation of the slider is reduced more effectively than when the thermal expansion coefficients of the slider and the spring are set substantially identical. The slider has a crown. The crown is formed by attaching a face of the slider to a concave surface, forming flat another face of the slider opposing the attached face, and disengaging the slider from the concave surface.
