    摘要： Arranged are a selective reduction catalyst for reacting NOx in exhaust gas 2 with ammonia, an exhaust passage 5 for guiding the exhaust gas 2 to the selective reduction catalyst, and a urea water addition unit 4 incorporated in the exhaust passage 5 for adding urea water 3 into the exhaust gas 2. A portion of the exhaust passage 5 adjacent to an added position of the urea water 3 is constituted by a divisional piece 5a made of material having higher corrosive resistance to a substance produced by addition of the urea water 3 than that of a material constituting the remaining portion of the exhaust passage 5 other than the adjacent portion.

    摘要： An image forming apparatus forms a gloss mark with colored toner without using clear toner. This is accomplished by fixing an image composed of only part of the color toner required for forming an image, the rest of the required color toner being denoted as residual toner. Specifically, at an area of at which a decreased gloss is desired, an image is formed using a part of colored toner required for forming the image and fixed on a sheet, and then, applied to the sheet is the residual quantity of toner so as to be superimposed on the fixed colored toner.

Provided is a light-transmitting portion that radiates light and a light-receiving portion that receives reflected light, which is the light emitted from the light-transmitting portion being reflected upon reaching a target, and that converts the obtained reflected light to an image signal and outputs the image signal. The light-transmitting portion includes an irradiation scanning section that makes an irradiation region for a field of view smaller than the size of the entire field of view and that irradiates the entire field of view with light by scanning the irradiation region for the field of view.
